Ate 3 meals at retaurant 2 breakfasts and a dinner. All were veey food, and staff was veey good.

I didn't like the housekeeping service. You don't get clean towels unless you call and ask for them . The housekeeping never came in our room! so we got no new coffee cups, no replacement coffe pods, bed was never made. I find it hard to believe sending housekeeping up with towels for everyone who call is an effiient way to do that. With the price of the rooms, I don't see a need for clean sheets, but towels???

I enjoyed my stay here. It was very busy some days yet still quiet on the floors. Although I didn’t use any of the amenities offered, there was a lot to do at the hotel and plenty of nice areas to just lounge around. I did visit the bar/restaurant twice while I was here. The drinks and food were good. The hotel has a golf course which offered beautiful views from my room. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel provided a check list of things you may need to request more of. I also received text messages from the property throughout my stay, checking to see if I needed anything which was nice. There was one day the elevator was broken but it was fixed by time we made it back to the room.

It was further from the city than I expected but there was enough to do in the surrounding areas.

It was beautiful, I checked in with. Wonderful young lady Mrs Mary C and Mr Brian was absolutely Amazing with solving an issue with my billing, I thank them & our last Lunch special we had the opportunity to be taken care of by the wonderful Anya at the bar with a great drink and service of our Burger & Pizza her conversation was great… Thanks to the entire staff at Oak Brook Resort.

I loved everything about the location. The staff was amazing. The place was amazing. We didn't want to leave because we was so impressed by the facility. It's was amazing

I didn't feel welcome at breakfast by one of the staff members. Being a gold member breakfast was included, She said she couldn't find my name. I showed her the email I received from the hotel. She let us in after that but hovered over me and my husband while eating which made me feel uncomfortable so we skipped breakfast the next day

The outdoor pool, drink station and service is my favorite part. The friendly, helpful staff add to the allure of staying at this beautiful located resort hotel. I love the restaurant open for breakfast thru dinner and the late bar til 1am Food and drinks are always amazing, well crafted and delicious.

I never feel warm welcomed and invited at the front desk when I check in or out. They're never rude but I just feel they have a lot of pressure and stress so they struggle to have guests feel welcomed. I seldom see two people up front so that's likely why. Maybe management needs to staff more or support more so they don't feel so much pressure and can take time with each client as opposed to feeling the need to rush them and in turn miss an impactful connection with customers... That's my perspective. They are ALWAYS nice but just look stressed.

I like the hotel atmosphere, the room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.

I didn't like that there was no hot tub and the walls must be very thin because I heard everything and I don't know if there was some construction going on during my stay because I heard a little banging coming from the ceiling and I was on the top floor and there was also a big yellow thing blocking some obstruction as soon as I got off the elevator on my floor, wasn't expecting to see that at the Hilton.

The hotel has a 18-hole golf court, so the view from my window (I was there for business) was stunning. Friendly and competent staff members. Only about 30-40 mins from the airport.

The room décor was quite dated, you could tell the bathroom had not been renovated in a while. Still, it had a powerful shower, and good lighting for makeup. The carpet was old as well, with a lingering smell of cigarette smoke.

The room was a great size; the staff were responsive; there were places to sit in the lobby and outside if you wanted to get out of your room - really like that.

I understand trying to be environmentally friendly by not replacing towels all the time, but it doesn't seem right to have to ask for services - like emptying the garbage and doing a quick bathroom refresh. Room rates are not adjusted when these services are not used. The elevators are a nightmare - waiting a very long time for the elevators, and they stop on every second floor. The explanation was waiting on computer chips but some guests have said that this has been going on for a very long time. We typically walked down from our 10th floor room - not all guests can do this.

CHELSEA was fabulous 👌!!! Reserved at the last minute after scary experience with Chicago Club and Suites. (Bates Motel!) Chelsea was friendly and professional. She was able to secure a great room for us. The view was so beautiful. I am grateful for the peaceful respite. Enjoyed food and beverage service, staff were very sweet. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Please don't ever do Groupon!! Tell the BOD. I remember Indian Lakes. Enough said.

The rooms are always so beautiful, well kept and clean! I took my kids there for the first time for Labor Day weekend, and they absolutely loved it! Especially the room service and the pools. Absolutely recommend this establishment for a couples get away or a family mini weekend get away. Indulge in luxury....why not. Definitely would like to try the golf ⛳️ next door. And the views from the East king corner rooms have the best views of downtown Chicago! Can't wait to go back.
