Breakfast was amazing. My niece now wants her mommy to buy the pancake maker for their house. The spa was great but the pool was cold. We felt it would have been better heated. Loved that I was able to stay at the room until my family was done at the doctors appointment because check out was at 11:00. We had a great lady help us at breakfast by getting us all ice cold bottles of water.

The double charge for essentials on my nieces card. We told the receptionist it had been approved and she did it again saying it had timed out. She also stated that when we went to our car to bring in our bags that we should be careful because it was dark and very sketchy outside.

I didn't realize they had a hot tub in the pool area. That was the best surprise after an 11-hour scenic drive to get there. Just what mama needed. Also, the free unlimited and delicious coffee once again hit the spot.

Long walk to my room but if that's the worst thing, then really nothing was bad. I would rather walk down a long hallway to my room on the ground floor than take an elevator to my room right around the corner.

Had bacon and eggs with coffee. Staff was very good and helped out to respond to my questions and requests. The workout facility had excellent equipment and the pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed.

No towels/wipes available in workout facility to wipe down equipment after use. And not the fault of anyone but our last night the fire alarm was triggered right around midnight and was not able to be shut off for 50 minutes. Firefighters had tp arrive and ensure the safety of everyone. But the staff was very good during this time. FYI - the screeching alarms and powerfully bright strobe lights are very effective.

The room was as expected. I had trouble registering because I did not immediately find my Reg # but finally got registration completed. The computer was extremely slow! Also I was issued 2 keys before I got one that worked -after changing room #. All eventually was OK - CLEARLY there is a shortish of staff but in spite of that, the room was fine, we had a good night's sleep and staff was exceptional!!! We were surprised at the # of guests who had double breakfasts! I was shocked! They are once and ret'd 20 minutes later. Greedy people!!! thanks, we'll return!

Very clean, well maintained facility. Comfortable beds and good breakfast selection. Byrne Dairy convenience store close by for late night snacks and gas. Just a short drive to the Lakeview Amphitheater which is why we selected this hotel.

Only negative was insufficient number of towels in the room with just 2 sets for 3 people. It was late night when I asked for another set at the front desk and was told she couldn't give us any as she didn't have access to them.

Convenient location right off the highway. Pool was heated and hot tub was nice. King suite was spacious and comfortable. There is a neighboring walking trail right near the parking lot entrance. Hotel breakfast was great and staff was very nice and accommodating.

Kitchenette in king suite was not fully equipped (no dish soap/sponge/ silverware/plates etc. Hotel is near an airport and we barely slept because we heard planes taking off and landing all night (even with a white noise machine on). The treadmill in the hotel gym was out of order and the gym was lacking in other equipment.

The Room is nice and clean and spacious. The location is right off the NY Thruway which makes it convenient for an overnight stay halfway through our trip. We enjoy their nice hot tub, relaxing after a long drive.

The breakfast could have been a lot better. I understand we are still dealing with a pandemic but they ran out of simple items like yogurt, milk, and eggs. I understand they have a better breakfast on weekends but they should have their weekend breakfast on week days, too. We all need to eat and pay the same prices.

Breakfast was very nice, my husband likes the sausage and eggs and i like the cereal and milk so we were both happy, good coffee too, cleanliness was great, location, friendly staff, gym facility was good,

we had to ask for fresh towels and get the trash taken every day. We saw the staff cleaning rooms in the hall but they just never did our room for some reason! But when we asked they came promptly.

The staff were so polite and attentive.

The breakfast bar was good although I thought it was not appropriate for the lady that was setting up the breakfast items stood right there and ate a full plate of food along with another person. They probably should have gone elsewhere to eat. It didn’t look good.

The room was comfortable as it was the first time we stayed here 10 days prior. Good for an overnight stay on our way home. The breakfast attendant was very friendly, and she gave us cold water for the road as it was a hot day.

Like the first time we stayed here, I wish there were more breakfast options i.e., eggs, granola, and more yogurt. Also, the water in the hot tub was not as clean as it should be, probably too much usage before we got there. We waited awhile and used it later.
