It was clean, comfortable. The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful. Our room had a full-sized refrigerator, two burner stove, and dishwasher. With necessities for cooking, although we didn’t. The breakfast was on the 8th floor with a great view. The food had a good variety and was tasty. Beds were comfortable. It was fairly close to the Metro. It was a good value for the price.

We were there 4 nights and on,y had maid service the day before we left. The ad says the Metro is two blocks away, but it was more like 4 1/2 blocks and two of those were straight up.

I stayed here with my husband and small kids (6 and 1) for 4 nights. Spacious room. Great location, 15 mins walking to Metro station. Wonderful breakfast, included a good variety of food, with a great view. Every day breakfast was a little bit different: omelet, sausages, bacon, oatmeal, cold cereal, pancakes, milk, apples, oranges, bananas, bagels, cupcakes, cream cheese, coffee, tea, etc. We brought our own crib that fit perfectly in a room.

On the day of checking out a luggage elevator didn't work. Two other elevators were too small to fit a luggage cart with out stuff. When I reported this issue to the front desk person, she just sorry for the inconveniences, but didn't offer any help, so it took a lot of time for my husband to get all the luggage down (elevators are always busy in the morning, as everyone is using them).

My colleague referred me and I loved it. Berry is amazing and such a great help always. Over all the experience was great and I do refer it to others. Would definitely stay there again. Your shuttle service to FSI is amazing. Thank you

Honestly I should highlight that Susan at the front desk (she's the older lady) needs to be a more guest friendly. I had a concern and she was rude and not helpful which was not nice. I even reported this to the manager.

1. Rooms were clean. 2. Breakfast was good. The view from 8th floor (breakfast area) was good. 3. Best thing was Wi-Fi. 4. Provision of adjacent rooms via the connected doors between the rooms. 5. Location was good. Was able to find a playground for my 5 year old kid within 5 mins walk.

1. Hotel overnight parking could have been included in the booking charges rather than charging extra per night. 2. Visit to local shops by car is little bit of pain due to lack of parking areas.

I did like the room very much. The kitchen was great!! The breakfast was excellent. I liked the area and it was easy for us to get to the places we desired. Felt like it was a safe and secure place. Room was large enough.

The things we did not like were the towels not being replaced and having to reuse them. At times there was no one at the front desk but really they were there pretty quickly after I noticed. Think the not changing the bed and the towels were the only things.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, dinnerware, silverware, and pots and pans. There was a hot and cold breakfast served every morning. The hotel is an easy two block walk from the metro so you could be in DC in less than 30 minutes.. There were plenty of restaurants and activities in the area.

Traveling with young kids, a pool would have been delightful. . Maybe a local map of nearby restaurants and activities.

The hotel is showing some age , but I stayed here before and I would stay here again. The rooms are large and clean. I was very comfortable in the bed. There was a clean frig and microwave in the room. The bathroom was clean and spacious. although the shower has only one setting. My room offered a nice view. I had no problem with parking but hotel was empty - I think if the hotel is busy there would be parking issues. Breakfast was so so but also had good scenic views. I only dealt with one staff member - the person who checked me in. She was very pleasant and personable. There is quite a big room service selection (menu) but I did not use this service. Great location!! Large rooms!!

Hotel is showing some age. Carpet in my room should be replaced. There was some buckle on the walls. Breakfast hours are 6 AM - 9 AM so if you want to sleep late then no free breakfast.

Enough space in the room, a well-equipped kitchenette in the room, very good breakfasts, an amazing playground within walking distance from the hotel - a must go for families with children.

A bored receptionist, I had a strong feeling that I was bothering her. Breakfasts ending at 9 AM - an extension through 10 AM, at least during weekends, would look better.

The room is equipped with a 2 plate stove, microwave, large fridge and a dishwasher. I liked that they have washing machines and a dryer for one to use. A load in the washing machine cost 8 quarters but the dryer is free. The room is larger than what one would normally expect and the complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options.

The shuttle is not in use due to COVID. Rooms are cleaned once per week. The swimming pool is not in use due to COVID. I find it strange that other hotels in the DC area still offer complimentary shuttle service but this hotel didnt.

I felt like it was very cost-effective, very spacious, and perfect for our needs with the group I traveled with for a conference. One of the rooms did not meet our expectations, but the staff were quick to respond to our needs regarding the issue (smell like smoke). I had booked five rooms for several nights for the conference in DC we were all attending together.

I would have liked to have had paper towels for the kitchen area. We had no key for the safe in our room, and when I asked the staff about it, they were unable to assist me with that need. One of the hair dryers in our room did not work but because we had so many rooms, we were able to let the other room borrow it and bring back the working hair dryer. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and ultimately broke which is kind of awkward. However, these were all really minor things, so overall I was highly satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. The group I traveled with were also very highly satisfied and enjoyed their stay.
