location was excellent. beautiful hotel and big attractive clean room. super clean huge bed with crisp white sheets and puffy quilt . valet parking . rooftop bar. huge bathroom with wonderful Molton brown products. terrific staff very friendly, efficient and very helpful. chocolate chip cookies at front desk were amazingly good

Bed was cozy but a bit too soft for me. I felt it was almost sinking down , like I had to climb out if it . the drapes had coffee stains on them. cobweb above the bed. no stand for suitcase and only one robe for two people.

our room was swelteringly hot all night. played with the controls but couldn’t figure out how to get cool air. best we could do was open the windows, which let street noise in.

Excellent location, staff was wonderful, engaging and there to help. Room was spacious and comfortable. If you want to spend time in Georgetown, the location is fantastic (and easy to get to other locations in DC).

Hate to say anything because the staff was so kind, but we had 3 rooms and 2 out of 3 were not properly cleaned. One of the walls was covered in dust and some of the furniture lamps were dusty. The bedding was clean and fresh and bed was very comfortable. But a couple things were overlooked. Also, the rooftop nightclub was loud and played techno music until 2am. It permeated the rooms/halls and spilled out onto the streets where people were talking very loud for 20-30 minutes after the bar closed. It was surprising the hotel staff allowed the noise in front of their entrance.

Ownership needs to soundproof the rooms. Certain nights you can hear people talking, cars screeching in the street

Terrific staff, especially useful 24-hour valet parking right out front that eliminates the urban parking headaches entirely (albeit for $60/day, but well worth it); really, really terrific location in the heart of the Georgetown section of Washington, D.C. amidst all the great restaurants, bars and shops, 3 minute walk to the Potomac; pleasant walk to to White House and downtown (20 mins or so); great rooftop bar that is quite a scene; and I have always received a room with a separate living-room like sitting area that is a bonus for gathering with friends or fellow guests after hours. The Graham really enhances a visit to Washington, D.c..

Staff was amazing, the location was perfect for access to not only Georgetown and surrounding sites, but also walkable to the Kennedy Center.

I had two issues with the room. One of the issues was no hot water for either morning or evening, shower, and the air conditioning in the bedroom part of the suite was not working so I ended up having to sleep on the couch in the living room, where the air conditioner worked just fine. The staff, however, was very sympathetic to that issue and very responsive, although we were not there long enough for them to make repairs.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Graham Georgetown hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff at the front desk were always pleasant. We thought that the location of the hotel was excellent in Georgetown - on a quiet street off M street and close to shopping, bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed lunch or dinner at Clyde's. Our deluxe king room was great - excellent size with a very comfortable king bed, a refrigerator, a large walk-in closet and a very roomy bathroom with a large walk-in shower. We made an advance reservation at a parking garage close by on 31st street for $22 daily for 4 days. We used the very handy DC Circulator bus to take us to the Smithsonian museums, the Jefferson Memorial and the Lincoln Memorial. Senior tickets were only 50 cents each. We would recommend this hotel.

Our internet connection seemed a bit spotty.

Lovely building in the best Georgetown location, within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. The room was very spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were always extremely attentive and polite. The cookies in the lobby were a great surprise, and the rooftop bar was a nice spot for an evening drink. Also highly recommend nearby Boulangerie Christophe and Foxtrot for coffee and pastries, and Il Canale just round the corner does some of the best pizzas in town!

Everything was excellent. The only thing I can think of are slippers!

Amazing location, large comfy room and a great rooftop bar. Lots of great coffee shops nearby, its near a bus stop and is walking distance to the Kennedy Center.

Not the best place to stay if you have jet lag - first night had noisy music that was audible in my room until 2200 and on the second night of my stay I was woken by guests drunkenly shouting at 0230.

location location location. if you want to be out the Hussite of city and experience excellent restaurants and shopping this is the place to be. Surrounded by good food, jazz, comfortable hotel and great proximity to all public transport. beautiful personal hygiene products and rooms

The front desk staff on night shift when we arrived made no effort to smile or be friendly. no customer service training here. very evident. most staff did not speak clearly and were not particularly helpful.
