not enough supplies in the kitchenette, no coffee maker, toaster, drying towel for dishes and no pans to use in the oven. definitely need more supplies stocked.

the place was comfortable, the appliances in the kitchen were all in good state, clean bedding, plenty of space to enjoy my stay

The floor was not clean. There were coffee stains on the kitchen floor, and the bathroom floor was a bit dusty and there was some hair, too (noticed it as soon as I walked in). It made me wonder if everything else was cleaned before my arrival, but everything else looked OK. Also, it would be nice to have cups in the kitchen to have a coffee or a tea, there were only glasses and bowls.

The room we got was very spacious and comfortable, and it had all that was necessary for a short stay, including the minimal stuff to prepare some breakfast. Everything was very clean. The location was good overall and with relatively easy access to the Metro, just a few blocks away (around 10 minutes walking), and to the DC Circulator (yellow circuit has a stop just around the corner).

The room was not completely ready when we arrived. We booked for 3 people but the room was prepared to receive just 2. We just had to ask for additional bed furnishings to setup the sofa bed and it was solved in a matter of minutes. There were no instructions in the room about how to connect to the WiFi network so we had to go again to the front desk to get them.

King suite was spacious, modern, light and freshly renovated. Beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchenette was wonderful and stocked with utensils and dishes. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Location was an easy walk to buses, and only 1.2 mile walk along the water to Lincoln memorial. Basement game room and tv was fun for our whole family (pool and shuffleboard). Liked that we could log in to our Netflix account in our room too.

AC wasn’t working well. They brought in fans night one and installed a small ac unit in the window the last 2 nights (which increased sound and light).

Stayed for one night. Very convenient location of the hotel for the purpose of our visit. The staff was friendly. The room is clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishes, electric stove, microwave oven. There is everything you need for cooking in the room. The toilet is clean with all necessary accessories. The bed is large with a comfortable mattress and clean linens. We had great rest. It was quiet in the room. There was no noise from the street. Although the hotel is next to the road. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel does not have its own parking. But there is a good parking nearby (5 minutes) for $22/night. There is no cafe where you can have breakfast in the morning. Although there is a great place nearby with many cafes and restaurants

I love Georgetown Residences! The room was spacious for one person, but will be perfect for 2! Staff was super friendly, the girls were so nice and always with a smile and the gentleman was so kind and respectful, i could not thank you enough 🙏 It had it all, laundry area (washing machine and dryer), gym area and social area for pool and what not, to simply relax

I would love if the laundry area had an option with cash. i had am issue with my cc and was not able to use apple pay, fortunately the front desk girl gave me a hand and i will always be grateful cuz i need to leave the next day and needed my clothes dry

Stefan and the rest of the staff were fantastic: always patient, professional and kind. You could tell that they enjoyed working together and they made a great team. I asked for additional hangers at one point when the desk was very busy . . .I had my hangers in minutes. We were greeted with a smile and a hello every time we returned to the hotel - we felt like welcome guests. The room was very clean and quiet. The location was also perfect. It was a few blocks to the waterfront with a view of the Kennedy Center. We ate by the water and watched the boaters come in and dock.

There was nothing we did not like. We felt like welcome guests and enjoyed the kind and patient attention from the staff. We witnessed guests checking in at the desk who seemed to be grouchy from their travels; the staff on hand dealt with each guest with the same kindness and courtesy that was extended to us.

Overall was great for our purposes (couple taking a weekend trip). We didn't spend much time in the room except for sleeping and showering. It's walking distance to Georgetown restaurants and shops, a bit further from downtown DC but we ubered and took buses. It's about 20-30 mins from Union Station on Uber/Bus. I think our room was on the "loud" side but it wasn't that loud (maybe a NYC bias)

the toilet didn't flush on the first try (though it did on the second so not a major issue) water pressure/shower was annoying, but maybe that's just DC water and we came from NY
