The room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the room-darkening curtains, sound-proofed walls, and free parking. The A/C worked well. Appreciated the hotel's acceptance of pets.

The breakfast was pretty minimal. The coffee station was cleared away too soon in the morning. The fee to have pets was the most expensive of all of the hotels we stayed in during this particular trip (and we stayed in 9), and it was supposed to be double but they decided to honor the original quote I received. I would stay in this hotel again if I was not traveling with pets, but would not stay here again if I was traveling with pets (which was only by necessity, not choice as we were moving). Location is a bit isolated if you don't have a vehicle.

The manager of this hotel is amazing. He was friendly, accommodating and literally was all over the hotel handling things as it was super busy!

My only complaint was the lifeguard at the pool. She was rude and literally stood at the side and stared down at us while we were trying to enjoy ourselves. And when I say stared I do mean stared. Never looking away instead of being at her stand she followed us standing inches away. It was weird and creepy and I even mentioned that to her, asking her to give us space. We witnessed her be super rude to the people coming in behind us as well.

I went there from the airpot with their shuttle. Thought I would have to pay for an uber in the early morning because my flight left at 6:00 am and their shuttle service starts at 5:00 am, however, the lobby staff said they could set me up with another shuttle at 3:30 am. Which I thought was extremely convenient and I'm thankful for that since it was my first time in the U.S.

The hotel had kinda like an oldish vibe.

Very clean room, hot tub and pool very nice and clean.

Hotel would not give reward points for stay bc it was booked through booking.com and pool was closed most of our stay. Only had limited hours like 8-2 on Sunday and 5-9 Monday and we booked so we could use it during the closed hours. I called ahead to see if pool was open and wasn't told about hours. It was disappointing for our family.

Really comfy beds and free shuttle available at all times, though a bit difficult to organise after 11pm. The staff were really friendly.

The pool was only open 3pm to 9.30pm which isn't listed anywhere on booking and this was the main reason we picked thus place. However the staff went out of their way to allow us to use the pool at a sister hotel, which was greatly appreciated. The AC units are a bit loud too.

i paid for breakfast for 6 of us since I had 2 rooms I was only given 4 coupons for 2 days i had to argue that I had 4 people in one room and should be given coupons for everyone. finally speaking to the manager It was resolved but I shouldn’t have to go threw that since I paid for all 4 of us to be there. also my 7lbs pet was being charged 50usd a night that’s ridiculous.

Well above expectations.

They advertise pet friendly, but they do not tell you it is $100 per pet. If you have a reservation that is non-refundable and have two pets, that is a steep price to pay. I would put on their web page "pet friendly (fee for pets) so a traveler could at least be prepared.

The breakfast was excellent so many different options. I thought the breakfast would be doughnuts and coffee or tea, a light breakfast. However, I was wrong; breakfast has many choices.

Nothing not to like; the hotel was excellent.

everything! the room was the epitamy of ultimate comfort! and the room smelled and was so clean and bed was just right for us. close to airport with free shuttle. excellent stay! breakfast was delicious full breakfast and just great

I honestly loved everything about it

Your staff was fabulous, hotel was very clean and spacious and rooms were very comfortable.

We ate at the breakfast buffet, food was barely warm and very bland. Area around the food was a bit messy. Tables were cleared, but apparently not wiped down after each diner.
