Capri by Fraser in Bukit Bintang - is a new hotel and everything there is shiny and clean. Super comfortable bed and great design overall. As a residence hotel, it has a well equipped little kitchenette (no cooker, microwave only) and a sink with an attached water filter, which is great, no need to think of buying drinking water. Big bathroom, super shower and good spa products. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Pavillion shopping mall and 15 to Petronas Twins

In our room which was the corner studio twin, there was a weird structure, probably a pillar or something like that behind the TV, and it stole about 15% of the room space. Without it, it would have been absolutely perfect.

* Given the price, the hotel services and facilities were terrific. * The hotel is safe and secure, the reception operates 24/7 - also there is a concierge that takes care of luggages and taxi booking, etc. * The staff were accommodating and polite. * The breakfast was various, good quality, and enough. * The neighbourhood is safe and clean. There are several large malls (TRX, Pavilion, Time square) and restaurants in walking distance. * They upgraded us to executive suite for free. * The room was spacious, had a tall ceiling, and was bright, and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The shower was great (no bathtub).

We booked transportation to airport upon our checkout. The taxi was safe, quick, trusted and on-time; although it was a bit over priced (150 MYR) - comparable to around 80 MYR that Grab charges.

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff

The room smelled of stale smoking - previous guests might have smoked inside the room, and the smell remained without sanitising/freshening it.

We stayed at Capri By Fraser Bukit Bintang when we were visiting Kuala Lumpur for a few days during our 3 week trip to SE Asia. The hotel is nicely located and very clean with great amenities. They had a fantastic gym that was on a higher floor that had a great view of the nearby city buildings. We are a family of 4, so we booked two adjacent deluxe rooms that had an adjoining main door to allow more security for our teens who were in a room separate from us. Both our rooms were spacious, clean, with a nice kitchenette. It was walking distance to Bukit Bintang their big busy street with many stores, malls (like Pavilion) & restaurants. Our hotel was even within walking distance to Jalan Alor Food Street Night Market, which we went to twice because the food options were so good. We definitely recommend Capri By Fraser Bukit Bintang for the locations, amenities, cleanliness & value.

Loacation was very convenient - right in the middle of the Bukit Bintang city centre yet was on the more quiet street. So you dont get all the noise Close to all the good high class places and just right beside TRX which was our destination for the night. Room and bathroom was really spacious and have everything that you would expect from an upper star hotel. Bed was big and comfortable.

I put in a special request when booking and would have appreciate their replies earlier that they were not able to accommodate me. Guest were also subject to overnight parking rate charges which I felt was not very good service considering that we got the penthouse room and how much we paid for it. Again, for the complimentary cocktails which we did not get because we checked-in late.

Some might find it an unnerving experience to be able to voluntarily "moon" the world while using the bathroom - with floor to ceiling windows giving ample light to this part of the suite. To what extent you are actually visible from the outside I didn't find out, but showering while looking out over KL has it charms. Using the toilet and doing the same was a different experience :)

No water bottle in the room in a city as hot and humid as KL? One of the two mattresses (2 beds) was really worn down - made you slip and fall out of bed. More or less.

This property is above most of all 5 star hotels in KL and yet so cheap. it’s a 5star hotel and not 4star. interior design is top, modern and luxurious at the same time, the bed linen is top quality, location perfect. In max 5Minutes in Pavillion mall. Personnel is top. it even has a sauna for relaxation and of course roof top pool. close to 360degree rooftop view over KL. Great amenities, laundry as well. a great welcome after an extensive Borneo travel. The manager Farul or Faroz(sorry) fantastic guy. All in all my choice among the best 5 star hotels in KL in the centre. Modern new and top quality. If KL Sentral is your choice I would opt only for Hilton as alternative. all else outdated or overrated or overly expensive for affordable KL places. The Capri only!!!!

No complaint at all- as a feedback for management only- the plastic recipient for water in the sauna should be replaced with a wooden one.

The hotel is brand new and clean, the staff is really friendly, from the cleaning lady to the receptionist, they make you feel at home. The breakfast buffet includes eastern and western food. The day of arrival was our marriage anniversary and we found nice decoration and balloon in our apartment to celebrate it. The building is quite near one of the most famous malls and ten minutes walking from the street food market too. If I came back to Kuala Lumpur I'd choose it one more time.

Just explaining during the check-in that the main gate at midnight closes, it is really funny to see a piece of wall (the second entrance door is totally hide) opens and closes by using your room card, but when you arrive at the main entrance after a long flight, late check-in, and a very late dinner, with the only desire to have rest, if you cannot find the entrance door, is a bit weird. 😅 But the staff outside helped us to show how to open it.
