the customer service is the best, I had a non amendable booking but given my mum was rushed into hospital on the day I arrived the team very quickly made arrangements to move my booking as a gesture of goodwill. this is my 4th time at the hotel, it’s a little different to a normal hotel with a mix of residential and hotel but the community within the hotel is a great. a tram stop is right outside the front door with a metro 50 meters away. the room was serviced mid way through the stay and I was updated about this via text message. I have been coming to Finland for 20 years and this is one of the best hotels I have used.

nothing the room has absolutely everything you need

Noli Sörnäs is a very well maintained and cosy place. Although it is not in the middle of downtown Helsinki, it is perfectly connected with the metro, several tram lines and buses. And there is a direct bus to the airport that stops in front of the door. The facilities in the room as well in public areas, such as the kitchen ans the sauna are really nice.

Out of the reach and responsibility of the hotel: The surroundings of the hotel are not very nice. As a single female traveller I would not feel at ease there.

The hotel is just amazing! I'd recommend it to anyone coming to Helsinki :) The property is fully new, it was a fantastic experience to stay here! But you should now, there's no personal at the reception, so you need to check messages from the hotel in your booking app to get the door codes to enter the building. Then, you'll need to make self check-in (scan your documents, fill in the hotel forms and charge the room card). Once you did all this actions, you can enter your room. Also I left here my luggage after the check-out for a few hours, the personal was so friendly!

I wouldn't say the property has any disadvantages. But for sure you need to read all the information (how to reach and enter the property) in advance or you'll have troubles at the hotel door. Honestly, you won't get any problems with that, everything's so easy and intuitive you had better not worry about it :)

The rooms were excellent, our bed was comfortable and the kitchens was fully equipped (fridge, dish washer, cutlery, cook top, oven). We even had a washing machine in our bathroom! We loved the hotel sauna, it was super pretty and the hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace with views of the city. The hotel was right next to the metro for east transport (but we couldn’t hear anything from our room and the contactless check in and check out was a breeze.

There is a fair amount of homelessness around the hotel, however, I felt that the hotel was well lit and took security seriously.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. A top location too with loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Good bus and underground connections to other areas in Central Helsinki. My room was on the 12th floor, so the views were amazing! Wish the weather had been better so that I could have enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace too...

The only things that come to mind were the very strong smell in the room, probably from a cleaning chemical, and the difficulty in getting into the building to check in. Together with some other guests we were trying to dial the check-in code at the main entrance with no success until some other guests came out and kindly let us in.

The compact room has everything you need even for a family of three including a cot for our baby. The view from the window was amazing! The shared facilities (the gym and the sauna, getting a few spices from the kitchen) were also great. Sörnäinen is a handy location thanks to being apubluc transportation hub!

I have stayed at two different Noli locations and never had problems before, but now the room was not completely clean: it seemed dusty and as if the floors had not been properly vacuumed/swiped. The sheet had a small stain on its side and there was a long black hair in the bed (impossible that it would be ours).

Easy check-in. Nice clean studio with all amenities provided and a great common area. Right across from public transport and 2 shops. Especially enjoyed the sauna downstairs.

Information on how to enter the first time could have been clearer, because there's a sign at the front door stating there would be a fee for door opening service (but this is only after check-in or for long stay residents).

The place was extremely convenient. The studio was clean and very well furnished. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay over a long period. A fantastic lobby and a rooftop terrace are available for all guests. The hotel is next to the underground, bus and train station. There're a few bars and supermarkets nearby. I'll stay here during my next visit to Helsinki.

The self-check-in questionnaire is a bit exhaustive. It'd be better to simplify the UX and make it faster.

Very nice hotel, lovely rooms and facilities. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful with every request, and we had everything we could need for a self-catered stay.

Sadly, the district it is in is a drug district. The hotel itself is safe and offers a haven, but the sights on the ground spoil it a bit. However, it is located on a great public transport hub, so you can get out of there quick.

Good location with public transport right in front of the building, including a bus (nr. 600) to the airport every 10 (!) minutes. Staff was nice and helpful, check-in and check-out is very easy, you can also use your room card to borrow things like hair dryers (but bring it back when you don't need it, because there are not enough hair dryers for every room). Great apartments for travelers who prefer self-catering. Plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. Apartments were pretty, nice and clean with everything you may need (even a washing machine), and we also had a great view from ours in the 12th floor. I liked the concept of Noli and we enjoyed our stay. I'd like to stay there again next time I visit Helsinki.

Because there is a lot of traffic in the area (sirens of police or ambulance, multiple public transport opportunities, bars & restaurants...), it can be a bit loud, even at night and when you are in the top floor. If you are sensitive, take some earplugs with you :)
