The room was extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great lighting. The breakfast was delicious! Especially the pancakes, best pancakes I've ever had.

The portraits in the room were a little frightening, felt like I was being stared at. I was unable to reach the reception through the phone in the room, the call never went through. No one came to clean the room.

We had a corner room on the 8th floor...spacious with fantastic views. Bed so comfy! Hotel is spotlessly clean and being new very modern and stylish. Room had everything needed....fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and within walking distance of all main attractions. We loved fresh water, fruit and treats being available in the foyer and enjoyed evenings relaxing in it. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. When the bar was closed, it was still possible to order drinks which is good.

The male sauna was out of order :( and although you could use the sauna at Raddison Blu, we both wanted to enjoy the sauna in own hotel.

A stand-out hotel in my baltic trip. I was in Helsinki for a few days and 2 nights were here (1 in Holiday Inn, also good but this was better). The rooms are great, the bed was so comfortable, the reception and dining areas had a cool and relaxed vibe with modern design touches and background music, friendly and respectful staff, it's a pretty new hotel so everything is the latest style/new. Breakfast was good and unrushed, plenty of tables. I usually left for the day refreshed and a relaxed mindset which set me up for the day which seems to be the whole ethos of the place, a combination of the design/finishes, staff and ambiance. It's a good location for a visitor [download the HSL app for travel and tickets, really useful]. Room - immaculate finishes and cleanliness, amazingly comfortable bed. Mine was a single-bedded room but the bed was more of a small double which was a bonus. The room was well equipped, high quality finishes, massive TV, digital temp. control, kettle and a coffee machine, a clever slide-out draw with a leather clad box with various coffee pods, milk and sugar, coffee was ok. It had a small desk adequate for a laptop. Sockets and usb sockets by bed and desk handy. Good shower pressure and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast - reasonably priced and good value, not a large hot selection but well made, adequate and I liked it, usually bacon, scrambled eggs and various fried vegetables, pancakes. Cereals, fruit, meats and cheese, pastries, cakes etc. Good gluten-free area and a very good coffee machine. Location - central but quiet location, near station up a street about 100 yards with a park behind it. Short 5 min walk to trams and main station, easily walkable to harbour and other central areas, tram to Tallinn ferry terminal just down the road, also close to tram to Stockholm ferry terminal. They were putting new paths in the park when I was there, when finished which is probably done now it will be useful for a jog or walk.

Nothing, it's an excellent hotel

The breakfast was exceptional - so many choices, and everything was delicious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. At first, I thought the hotel would be full of loud concertgoers because many people were in town to see Cold Play, but everyone was mellow and respectful of each other. I would definitely recommend staying here. I am a single mom, and I stayed with my 12-year-old son. We felt very safe and comfortable. There is a playground directly across from the hotel. We were within an easy walk to many museums and the train station. Unfortunately, work was being done on the field directly behind the hotel, so we could not walk to the Botanical Gardens. Overall, this was a great experience.

A fan in the bathroom or some kind of air circulation in the room would have been nice. It can get pretty stuffy in a small room. Also, the mirrored elevator was super fun for my 12 year old, but gave me crazy vertigo!

It's an excellent hotel, I am a picky person but everything was perfect, I stayed before at Radisson Reds and as usual perfect, quality and design that I didn't see in any hotel in this price range. Extra point for the location, in a corner of quiet place but everything in walking distances.

I have claustrophobia, so staying in a place that you can't open the windows it was a bit difficult but I guess considering Helsinki weather it's part of protecting climate by saving energy.

First off I want to say a big thank you to Lotta, who listened to our request for an early check-in, and as soon as the opportunity arose, managed to get us an early check-in (for free) and informed us accordingly. This was a big blessing, as we had been travelling overnight and were exhausted from our trip. The breakfast was excellent. Rich selection of various items, both sweet and savoury, and good coffee. 10/10 The room was also excellent. Beautiful views of Helsinki, modern and stylish facilities, and nice and quiet. The bed is also great, we had an amazing sleep while staying there! The hotel is generally very new and so it has a very clean and unspoilt vibe, while at the same time being quite hip and stylish. It is also quite centrally located, so you can walk anywhere. We would highly recommend staying here.

Only 2 minor criticisms: (1) the hotel doesn’t provide you with slippers, and (2) the hotel restaurant (at nighttime) is mediocre.

The hotel's location was excellent. Although it is pretty close to the station, it is located on a quiet street next to a park, bringing a cosy vibe. The room and its bathroom were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was informative, friendly, and welcoming, giving suggestions about restaurants and cool neighbourhoods in which to walk.

The only thing that could have been better was breakfast on a Saturday morning. The circulation of people was a bit complicated due to the amount of people trying to grab their food at the same time.

Location is excellent. Quiet part of town - opposite a school and park - but walking distance to train station, ferries, and attractions. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Loved the complimentary breakfast, and the bed and linen were exceptional. The night light in the bathroom was also very useful - other hotels should do this! Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. P.S. Apparently the Radisson Red is geared towards millennials - we are in our sixties and we loved it.

Nice modern hotel with fun décor. The room was comfortable with a very nice bathroom. The gym facilities are really good and it's nice to have a sauna in both of the changing rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic - loads of choice and everything there is delicious. Location is good, only a short walk downhill to the main station, and several tram stops.

Room was a bit on the small side, but the available space has been well used.

Great location, excellent breakfast and a really good level of service. The bar tender even created a mocktail for us that was not on the menu. The structure is also fantastic: new, stylish and of high quality. The bed is super comfortable. The value for money/quality/service package is impressive & we will surely be back.

While the room is stylish - which is good, there was no really much space to put our clothes despite having an upgraded room. Not a problem if you stay for a couple of days. Anyhow, if you planning to stay longer during Finnish winter, it may cause some challenges. Mind that basically all the hotels I have been in Helsinki have a similar shortcoming.
