Really good accommodation, staff very friendly and helpful.

If you don't have car, this accommodation doesn't have very good connections with public transport.

We new we would arrive late the hotel responded quickly and with all the information needed so we felt confident. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, it’s a lovely location and easy to taxi to nearby places, the kids loved being able to play outside the chalets whenever they wanted. Having stayed before I can say the food in the restaurant for dinner was really nice and had improved not as salty and rich as has been mentioned before, bar menu whilst could definitely have a bit more choice, it’s very limited, it tasted excellent.

So now the negative, we stayed in a 6 person superior cabin but there was only one sofa and some little stalls, the sofa would take 2 adults or one adult 2 kids, my kids are small and the little stalls were tiny and stupid really, so we would have to sit in the bedroom, really needs another chair, the beds are not very comfortable but ok.

beautiful setting at the foot of ski slopes. loads of trails to walk or sled with kids. chalet was was but perfect for a short stay, really warm and comfortable. no tea/coffee etc provided so do bring your own as no shops in walking distance but great taxi service so if heading into the city/Santa village/airport it’s only a 5 min wait. Loafs of breakfast options too but does get busy so best get there early. stunning setting would definitely go back

It was too hot when we arrived in the apartment and difficult to cool it down. The apartment is very small and quite claustrophobic. The pictures are quite misleading. Single beds only which is not the best for a couple. The upstairs bedroom is in the eaves and as a tall family it was not ideal for us. The kitchen is just a hob and kettle. A toaster and oven would've been helpful for us. Didn't like that the bathroom door opened onto the front door which had a window in it!

I can't fault anything about this hotel/chalet. Good facilities all around. nice local restaurant. The staff were very good, breakfast was great and good place for families.

There wasn't anything not to like. If there was one thing to add I'd say a bus service to central Rovaniemi would make this location perfect. However this isn't the fault of the hotel. I'd expect this hotel and location would be even better during winter months.

Loved the cabin/chalet! Sauna lovely in cabin and great fit for 2 adults 3 kids. Beds were very comfortable and the included breakfast up at the lodge was exceptional! I hope we can stay here again.

Mosquito season was a bit tough. The cabins were all booked and they were full during our stay which made evenings a bit crowded at the summer restaurant which was only close option. Not a big deal but a rental car or food delivery might have been nice for us. Live and learn.

Really liked the chalets overall. They are nice and cozy. The area is lovely and our chalet was located by the lake. There was also a large area where you could enjoy and play in the snow. Suitable if you have a car. Breakfast was delicious.

We were 5 Adults in one chalet. It was a bit small but we stayed for one night so we did not really mind it. We thought that the bunk beds were going to be different as they were to be pulled out from the wall. Would have liked to have some tea or coffee in the chalet.

Exceptional breakfast with excellent quality and variety of food, including gluten free options as well. Excellent location next to the ski slopes and access to a variety of free snow children activities (sleighing, tubbing, skiing, etc.). The chalet very comfortable, warm and private sauna.

Quite far from the airport and Santa Claus village which could only be accessed by taxi (around €30-40 one way). Very steep staircase in the chalets, unsafe especially for kids if left unsupervised.

the chalets are a comfortable size with all the necessities needed. The food is reasonably priced and very nice. real fast was great with plenty of choice. The local beer isn’t the best a better selection available at the bar would be my only criticism. 9/10 overall

There are no complaints, I’ve travelled to Mauritius, Dubai, Mexico and all over the world. this isn’t a 5* All inclusive and to compare it to that isn’t fair. it’s a fantastic value chalet for a short stay with the family in Lapland.

Very nice ambient, chalets are even more beautiful in real life than in pictures. Staff was amazing and gave us all information we asked for and even gave us advice where to go that isn’t know as much for tourist but is to local people. Breakfast was very nice, with a lot to choose from (even local food like reindeer pate and reindeer sausage). Outside, in between the residential area, there is a free to use open fire place that is stocked with wood.
