It has a good setting in the woods. The staff is extremely helpful & friendly. Check-in was super quick. The food was wonderful. The igloos are well kept & clean and the linen is super crisp & clean. Would be an excellent experience to watch the Arora Borialis from the comfort of your bed (sadly it was clouded during our stay).
The igloo is a bit small, and the on-screen entertainment is terrible. There are just 5 - 6 channels on TV, and just one channel has English at times. Because it was raining for a large part of our stay, we hoped to watch TV, but there wasn't much to watch.

It is extremely close to the Santa's village, so you can walk within less than 5 minutes. The room was amazing and a very unique experience: we had views to the forest and the whole sky (and could press a button to defrost the glass). We had the opportunity to use the sauna inside our cottage, definitely recommend it! There as complimentary robe and slippers, and a tablet to contact reception/check weather.
We asked for a double bed and we got 2 individual beds put together, which was not very comfortable if you sleep with your partner. The TV was not working properly: it turned off every few seconds. Maybe they could offer sleighs or a method to bring the suitcases from reception to your cottage, so you don't have to carry them through the snow.

Lovely location and the igloos were exactly as pictured. We stayed one night for my birthday after staying in the centre of Rovaniemi.
Sadly, the level of service didn’t match the amount of money being spent. Everything else standard wise was there but when many people are upping their budget for a memorable experience I’d hope every guest should be made to feel a bit more special. Check in took a long time with only one member of staff at the desk, a bus load had just arrived before us. The lobby area always seemed overcrowded and not relaxing. The luggage room was full for storage so we just had to abandon our suitcase and bags in a corner. I’m leaving this feedback in the hope it’s read and improvements might be made in the future. We had better service at a hotel a fifth of the price in town.

Everything was perfect. We arrived early (around 11:30) and luckily our igloo was already available. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They took our luggages to our igloo, so we didn't have to worry about carrying them in the snow (same thing when we checked out). We were a group of 4 to stay in the same igloo and the space was perfect. The main room (where the glass wall and ceiling are located) even had an extra bed, so the 4 of us could be there an appreciate the sky in the evening all together. Don't miss the dinner, we had the artic char with lobster and it was amazing (also great starters and dessert). Breakfast had a nice selection of items to feed all tastes. And the best thing, we were lucky to see the northern lights from our window during our stay there. Not a cheap accommodation, but definitely worth it
Quite honestly, I can't think of anything. I had high expectations and they were exceeded.

The glass roof bungalows are comfortable and novel. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. the facilities seem to be quite new, especially the dining room.
The price premium for Easter weekend was severe. They tried to offset the premium by including the cost of a main course at the restaurant in the evening, however entrees and desserts alone were quite expensive. Like many places in Finland, the rooms are provided with adjacent twin beds for couples with two duvets. I inevitably find myself falling into the gap between the two beds and never covered by a duvet. The machine coffee in the dinings room is grim.

Cabins were beautiful and cosy. Beds were super comfortable. We had a discount for our dinner at the hotel restaurant (which, apologies, for the life of me, I can't remember what it's called) and the food was delicious. The surrounding views were beautiful. We were there end of January 2024 and had super thick fresh white snow, which my mother and sister hadn't seen before, so that was really lovely.
About a third of the glass igloo was still covered with snow even after switching on the heating multiple times to try to melt them off. Didn't hinder our views much in the end as it was super cloudy on the 1 night we were there and the Northern lights didn't pop out at all that night. The breakfast spread was pretty simple. Expected more considering how expensive this hotel was. Had better breakfast options at other hotels in the area. The accommodation itself is quite a bit of a walk from the main santa village square.

The reception staff were absolutely first class - friendly, courteous, highly responsive and every request was granted including early check in, late check out and waiving mini bar charges given we weren’t able to take up the complimentary dinner offer . The rooms have an automatic alert for when the Northern Lights are appearing and we were lucky enough to have the amazing experience of capturing the priceless moment!
The room facilities for the price just don’t compare to other accommodation

•Great igloos, cozy, clean and well decorated •Amazing location for Santa Claus holidays •Roof heaters for deicing is great, fully functional and amazing for the experience.
•Seen the high standards of the hotel, highly suggested an airport service for guests. •Face towels provided are the actual floor mat towels, surely are clean but extremely hard on the skin •Breakfast need an extra care and attention since a lot of kids are around, both breads and croissants comes without tongues (two days in a row is not a case) to serve yourself. Everything is extra touched by everyone so maybe breakfast is better at early timings. •Waiters need a little bit more care while guests are dining regarding the moving of other tables, dragging tables and chair next to a guest that is eating is not nice and comfortable for the dining experience.

Nice rooms with glass ceiling, nice sauna. Good restaurant and location.
Be aware all sauna rooms are attached to family/group rooms (duplex), noise may be an issue. Mini fridge didn’t work, but I just put my drinks outside for 15 minutes. Unsupervised children at the Buffett were touching all the food with their bare hands. Housekeeping didn’t make bed. On the last day I was locked out of my room after breakfast and before checkout time. A bit expensive for what you get- worth more in the 300 euro range IMO.

The room was soooo comfortable, clean, quiet, and cozy! We loved laying beneath the (heated) glass ceiling and looking up at the sky. Great for stargazing too. We only caught the northern lights on one night, and they were so low on the horizon we had to stand on the bed to see them. An alarm on the tablet in the room went off to notify us of the lights so we didn't miss them, plus the tablet is convenient for contacting hotel staff if needed. The food was very delicious. Breakfast buffet offered tons of options, though get there early for a good table. Dinner was also very delicious and classy, if with a very limited menu. The hotel is also 5 minutes walk to Santa's Village, 5 minute taxi ride from Rovaniemi airport, and 10 minutes drive to city center. You have to don your winter gear in order to go to breakfast or otherwise leave your room, which we didn't mind, but it's something to consider. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Nitpicky but here goes: Would have liked a few more options at the restaurant for dinner, especially if you're staying for more than a couple nights, as it can get tiresome picking from the same 3 menu items over and over. The shower is the famous European shower with only half a door, which means the whole bathroom floor can get wet. I know this is common in Europe, but it's still inconvenient. They do provide a floor squeegee to push the water toward the drain. These didn't take away from our stay and we ultimately had a wonderful time.
