Beautiful hotel and great facilities. Spacious room, massive balcony, great sea views, comfortable beds, and great interior design. The breakfast was very complete full of tasty options. The lady at the kitchen area making omelettes is so lovely and kind. The staff are very polite, accomodating and always smiling. Hotel areas and dining areas are very clean.There are many parking spots outside available for hotel guests. 3 massive outdoor pool areas and an indoor swimming pool. The gym and fitness room is equipped with everything one might need. Location of the hotel is also great, just a short drive away from the newly renovated Downton Paphos with many markets, shops, and night life spots. Also close to other attractions by car. Truly a great 5 star hotel which I believe is buzzing with many happy guests during summer months.

At the time of writing this review (December 2022) the steam room and the hot tub next to the indoor pool are not in working order, would be great of facilities attend and fix them.

The location is really beautiful and there is a lot of attention to cleanliness. The manager in charge of the restaurant and if the reception are very kind and professional. The resort is an excellent choice for a leisure trip.

The internet connection is not working, the gym is closed on Sundays (?!?!?!), and the restaurant does not offer a la carte menu or room service. With the remarkable exception if the managers in charge, the personnel at the reception and at the restaurant should improve their way of addressing guests and be less rude. Definitely not the best choice for a business traveller.

The sea view and pool is very nice. The staff are incredibly hard working and are there to help improve your stay. All inclusive drinks were very good. The sun beds are very comfy. Good evening entertainment from staff.

The hotel is starting to look a bit worn. It needs a renovation to keep it looking like a 5 star hotel. This is through out the establishment. My room was a little worn and shower was not fully Functional Building villas or apartments next to hotel. I hope this is there build or will decrease the peaceful feel.

Great value for money. Definitely not 5 star hotel as they think. Good 3 or even 4 star. Still had a great time, food is not the best but still okay. Hotel itself looks bit dated. But for a good price I definitely would come back.

The hotel has a good location laid down next to the sea. The pools are very good and clean. We liked the restaurant and the dishes. The staff in the restaurant and in the bars were polite and helpful. Many thanks to the local car rental company's representative, to the beautiful lady who helped us in car hiring and provided us a lot of important information about the island.

The reception team weren't polite. They didn't say welcome us when we arrived and didn't say good bye when we went away and they never smiled. I'm of the opinion that these things wouldn't be expensive to do but more important to increase the perception of the hotel.

We both loved the hotel it had everything you needed for a week stay,our room was large and very comfortable,the facilities were excellent,no complaints about the food,and the staff were wonderful.

The room was lovely (upgraded to swim up). Food excellent - huge variety of choice and something for everyone. (For those that have recently complained about the food, I have no idea what they eat at home - the choice provided was excellent and of very good quality.) See below - the vast majority of the staff were friendly, helpful and professional - particularly Angela on reception - our room wasn't ready and she apologised and did everything possible to make us comfortable until it was prepared. Christos the porter and his team we also very professional and helpful.

The vast majority of the staff were very helpful. One member of staff in particular on the lobby bar (blonde and (for the purposes of identification only! - each to their own) cosmetically enhanced) needs some basic training in customer service and how to make cocktails - one ice cube and a single shake does not make a good Margarita - a smile and some acknowledgment would be nice, too. The staff member collecting towels and returning vouchers in the indoor pool area was disinterested and unfriendly. Some of the 'clearing up' staff were over-zealous in their 'is this finished' questions - if there is food on my plate and my cutlery is in the 'eating position', no, I haven't finished!

The hotel has a great location by the sea, wonderful pools and bars. The views from the room and common areas are fantastic, especially from the roof top bar. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The evening program was also pleasant, especially the live music on the terrace and the evening shows. Best was a parrot show. Dont miss it! The food selection is large, but nothing special. The rooms were also clean and spacious.

There were only three things that bothered me. The rooms need refreshing, especially the upholstery around the bed, which is peeling. Another thing is the cleanliness of the carpets in the corridors and some of the windows, especially the elevators. The panoramic elevator was so dirty you couldn't even see out the window. The third thing is the employees at meals. There are too many employees and they are annoyingly waiting for your plate to be taken away. The feeling is really stressful, because your plate is taken away the second you put your cutlery down. Unpleasant.

Very nice views, very nice food and very friendly bar/restaurant staff

One of the days we had bad smell of sewage water so my fiancé was unable to shower after contacting reception I was told someone will be right with us after waiting for an hour and no one arriving we decided to go reception and ask about it as we had a dinner booking coming up, they said they will send someone, after dinner we wanted to go to the bar outside as we were on the fourth floor we weren’t bothered going upstairs so I went to reception and asked “was the problem in room 000 fixed the lady replied “go up and check for yourself” apart from a particular reception staff being rude the stay was near perfect.

The hotel and people were great. Everyone was very helpful. Food was awesome - we went on special Italian, Greek, Asian dinners which were available after booking with reception with no charge. Every night there was live musician playing which is awesome. Also we arranged 2 day trips from reception whit pickup from the hotel which were great again and on a fair price. Pools are nice, my kid had a lot of fun and also there is a sandy beach like 2 min walk from the hotel where you use free sunbeds and water is crystal clear.
