Very comfortable bed, spacious clean light and bright room. Lots of storage space. Safe. Huge luxurious bathroom. Fabulous breakfast. Stunning christmas decorations in all public areas. Helpful staff in the restaurant and reception. Lovely cleaning team who we met in the corridor. All very friendly and all spoke fluent English.

Nothing. It’s a great hotel to stay at, close to the station. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely bedding and comfortable beds. Lovely large bathroom with lots of towels and toiletries provided.

The hotel looked amazing : the entrance, the lounge area, the restaurant and the patio outside all looked stunning. The huge staircase in the main building taking you to the higher floors was beautiful and well looked after. Excellent breakfast with so much choice. It certainly met all our expectations. Delicious and fresh every single day. Surely top score.

The room we stayed was a bit too small for 3 people. Also there were not enough storage in the bedroom to put away your clothes which , being winter and also being in three, you need. The main light in the bedroom was very weak and the telly was facing mainly the ceiling.

Centrally located, 10 minutes from railway station. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated for Christmas, very elegant. Room as perfect, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom, everything you could need. Bed was comfortable and very warm. The hotel was very peaceful, we were next to the lift and never heard it, no slamming of doors in the night and morning, very peaceful. Superb comfortable lounge to relax in after a days sightseeing, coffee and drinks available on request at reception Breakfast was superb, choices from yoghurt with huge selection of accompaniments, delicious cheeses and ham, as well as delicious crispy bacon, sausage and everything to go towards a cooked breakfast. Delicious breads with jams and hone.

There was nothing to dislike, it was superb, perfect in every way

The hotel was very comfortable and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the staff attentive. The manager went out of the way to help one of our friends The hotel is really well situated for the Tivoli Gardens and the hop on bus goes to the must-see mermaid. Train station to the airport takes 20 mins. We visited The Museum of Danish Resistance, very interesting, but after the visit go to their cafe where the best 'open faced' sandwich in Copenhagen can be found!

There is no bar in the hotel and the receptionists make the drinks Would be better to have a tea/coffee machine One bedroom had a drain smell and no underfloor heating in the bathroom, and one friend complained that the mattress was curved, and yes the second night he fell out of bed!!!

We loved the deluxe family room which was spacious and comfortable. We even had a four poster bed! The location was perfect - 5 min walk to the train station and 20-min train ride from airport. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance from the hotel. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The breakfast was so delicious with lots to choose from and the staff who work in the dining room were very welcoming.

Our only issue was the unfriendliness of one of the Reception staff who was working on Tuesday evening - my daughters were looking to order drinks for the lounge and were simply ignored by her.

Having to pay for early check-in when travellinh with a 2 year old, but excellent to have the room available so early smelled a little from toilet at times. Cola bottle from another guest still under the bed.

Location was perfect for arrival by train and getting round the city. The hotel was fine, really nice breakfast. We found the staff to be mixed, some were super helpful others indifferent. The room was a good size with twin beds but a little tired in places - the shower had a knob missing which made it difficult to turn off! Do walk into this neighbourhood rather than always towards the commercial district and main sights - there are loads of lovely independent cafes, bars and shops with a lovely atmosphere.

The room felt dated and a bit dark. It needed modernising. The beds when separated to make two singles were very narrow (2'6") and soft. There was easily room for two bigger single beds (3'). A staffed bar rather than a pay at reception - to be fair though it did work! The breakfast service was a bit brusque at times.

Breakfast is really good. It allows you to start the day with pleasure. The reception staff are very kind and help with everything. The location of the hotel is very good. It is very easy to reach the hotel by metro. Only 4-5 min. walking distance. 10 minutes walking distance to Strøget Street. There are 2 supermarkets right next to the hotel. 1 min to LIDL, 2 minutes to NETTO within walking distance.

Standard double rooms are a little small. If you have 2 large suitcases, it may be a problem. There is no window or ventilation in the bathroom.. That's why the smell comes into the room after using the toilet. The bed was a little soft and I didn't like it very much. And an important point is that; There is no refrigerator in the room. Despite everything, if I come to the city again, I will stay in this hotel.

Breakfast selection was great, with fresh fruits and vegetables. Kids had their special section with cereal, yogurt and dried fruit. Service was akin to what I’ve experienced at a Four Seasons or Shrangri La, if not beyond. Everyone on staff were warm and friendly. Always with a smile and very happy to help. It was such consistently wonderful service, that I can’t stop raving about it. We could tell that the room been recently renovated and was well decorated with simple yet beautiful furnishings. Location was ideal, as we wanted to visit all the tourist spots. We left our luggage in the secure storage room after checkout. When we came back from our last day of visiting landmarks, we were able to relax a bit in the cozy lounge before we headed to the airport.

The drain for the shower didn’t work well, and we had to wait for the water to drain before continuing to use the water.

Helpful welcoming staff,. beautiful historic hotel decorated for Christmas, near train station and Tivoli gardens, clean, beds very comfortable, slept well and no noise, heated tiles in small bathroom with rainfall shower felt like an extra touch of luxury. lift, outdoor seating area lit up with string lights. Breakfast really good, with continental and hot food. Extremely happy with the stay. Staff checked us in early at a small fee and changed us rooms when we asked for different beds and were happy to do so. All staff were friendly, curious and welcoming.

I cant think of anything. Had a wonderful time.
