The location was fantastic with views over Tivoli and having access to all the rides included in your stay. The staff were amazing.

We loved the hotel, it is amazing, but just a few niggles. The bathroom neded to be updated. The wash hand basins were cracked, the shower fitments difficult to use. Needed heated towel rail and under floor heating. The lighting in the bedroom very poor particularly in the dressing area. The dressing gowns needed renewing, as uncomfortable to wear. Cushions on the sofa would have been a lovely touch. Not able to find anywhere to sit in the lounge areas when afternoon tea was being served.

The location is unbeatable right across from central train station and within the perimeter of Tivoli. As a guest, we had access to behind the scenes Tivoli tours (which were excellent!) and the ability to enter the park prior to outside guests to walk around and/or easily transit. The food was superb and the rooms (size, detail, cleanliness and comfort) far exceeded expectations. We also appreciate the high end gym and spa amenities.

Unfortunately the room was a bit noisy but we did know there would be street noise but not that deliveries would be made early in the morning with flashing lights which illuminated the room

Room, staff and restaurant were all excellent.

We were looking forward to having a treatment at the spa but the prices were outrageous!

The staff were very warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, The breakfast choices were exceptional. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely clean. The shower was like a warm waterfall. The extras in the bathroom are such a nice touch. obviously this is a luxury hotel and quite expensive. But you will not be disappointed if you want luxury. 10/10 Location, 10/10 service, 10/10 value.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms and a great fitness centre and spa

Where do I begin! From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like we were the only guests. This was a special treat for our anniversary. There was a handwritten note to commemorate our special day along with champagne, fresh flowers and chocolates. The room was beautiful with antiques and a wood burning fire. Turndown service provided more chocolates, a sleep mask and rose petals on the bed. The view in to Tivoli was magical. The service at breakfast was excellent with a buffet and an a la carte option. Tivoli was magical at night and the Halloween decorations were wonderful. If I could have a “Groundhog Day” in my life, it would be my 24 hours at Nimb and Tivoli. Thank you so much.

That we had to leave!

As a Dane living in Copenhagen area: I booked a standard double room in 4 months in advance for my husband's 40th years birthday. At our arrival at Nimb the concierge team received us with a pleasant surprise, we had a free upgrade to a double deluxe room with Tivoli Garden view and a mini birthday cake with candles for my husband! :) As guests we had free access to a heated rooftop pool with Copenhagen view, hamam baths, free Tivoli pass and all the luxurious room equipment (they give you diposale Meraki facemasks, a REAL hairdryer, the list is long..). In our case we also had two free concerts, since Aura and Flake performed in Tivoli Gardens that day, so cool to swim in the rooftop pool and listen to live music! :) At breakfast next day, we got the famous Nimb brunch, which is NOT free and very popular amongst Copenhagen locals... but again the amazing concierge booked us to half the price and we got seats immidiately :) What a great stay, what an amazing team and Nimb atomosphere, was totally like being in an exotic country, and so extra-liberating for the soul after two Covid lockdowns. We will definitely return, also to support this amazing hotel, highly recommended! :)
