it was a very amazing place to be, so much to do, so many activities, everything about it was amazing the food was delicious, the pool was nice, are room get cleaned very nicely.

some employees constantly coming up to me asking me if I wanna do certain activities when I politely say no thank you and they keep going when I was just trying to enjoy my time and wasn’t ready for that activity yet.

The hotel property is stunning. The views are incredible. The rooms are lovely. It’s on a mountain so there are a lot of stairs that get old after awhile. The staff and pool are wonderful. The restaurant is great for breakfast. We ate dinner there one night and it was dreadful. There is an Indian restaurant on the premises that gets excellent reviews on the internet and local word of mouth. We didn’t have time to try it. The beach itself is not wonderful unless you are a snorkeler. It was a bit too rocky to spend a long time in the water. We prefer the pool anyway.

AFTER WE HAVE BOOKED THEY INFORMED US THERE IS RENOVATONS - THAT DIDNT BOTHER US - BUT THE LIFT WAS BROKEN AND HAVE TO GO ON A TOUR OR SEE THE RECEPTION WE HAVE TO WALK UP 93 STEPS - THAT WAS THE ONLY THING WE DIDNT LIKE.

Came here to celebrate a birthday getaway and we were very happy! Room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the ocean. Location is convenient as it is within 15 minutes walk from the Naama Bay Promenade. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was delicious. Pool was huge with nice music and didn't feel too crowded. Beach was amazing with plenty of beautiful fish to see. Plenty of great sitting areas throughout and gardens are maintained beautifully. Special thank you to Ahmed from Housekeeping who was always smiling, greeting us every morning, super attentive and friendly and left us a beautiful surprise after he cleaned our room with towels folded in the shape of a love heart sprinkled with roses :) he was the best staff member we encountered in this hotel!! Also Inga from Guest Relations was lovely as she gave us plenty of suggestions on what to do in Sharm and was just a pleasure to talk to. She is definitely in the right industry as she seems sincere and loves to help. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return if there was a good deal. Thank you from Room 3408 :)

Kebabgy restaurant was nice but was a little overpriced for average food. The atmosphere was nice though and waiters were friendly. I'd suggest trying Pomodoro Restaurant instead which is about 15 minutes walk from hotel and food was amazing! There are alot of stairs which didn't bother us as we wanted to work off all the food we ate ;) but might be a little hard for others. There were elevator signs but we never looked for them so it might not be an issue if you can access the elevators instead. Travel tip: Mosquitoes are a problem in Sharm El Sheikh everywhere once it gets dark so make sure you buy some repellent from the pharmacy if you plan on going outside after sunset.

- Location is nice, - own beaches are quiet and clean - Coral reef directly accessible from beach - restaurants on site provide various foods, quality ok - Own Shops provide most items you may need and staff organizes everything else in a day if you ask friendly - Animation not too pushy which was good

- You can hear other guests in the connected rooms - the hotel taxi is way too expensive (choose the booking taxi, it worked very well!) - Cocktails in the bar could be better, they are just ok - Late checkout was not possible - Bad wifi connection (which seems normal there)

The best staff works in this property and my high marks are only for these guys. The most responsive, kind, attentive, friendly, humane and many more compliments I want to say to all the staff of this hotel. I felt like I was not just a client who pays money for services, I was part of this hospitality family . I would like to express my deep gratitude to the front office manager Mohamed Zeus, the El Kababgy restaurant team who treat me from their heart - chef Fathalla and manager Mohamed Shabena, the recreation team, and especially Mohamed at beach number 4. Thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping the area clean, engineering team and each and single one employee of Movenpick.

The hotel is old, needs major renovation, replacement of all fittings, very poor shower rooms, mold, the shower stall was broken. The audibility between the rooms is high, at night you can hear what your neighbors are doing. The bed is very uncomfortable, poor mattress, sagging and difficult to relax. The air conditioner is very old, it makes a lot of noise and it is impossible to sleep. Very poor breakfasts.

I liked the breakfast and the fresh bread that was baked every morning by the lovely lady. The room is really nice, comfortable and the view is beautiful (stayed at the queen room with panoramic sea view). We didn't take the all-inclusive so I can't comment on the other meals. The hotel has beautiful exclusive beaches that are clean and nice. The hotel is located on the quiet side of Naama Bay, but it's a 20-minute walk to the other side which has all the loud cafes and restaurants.

Lift was not working on the last day. It's so exhausting to walk up the stairs to the reception (4 levels of stairs) and go down to the beach/restaurant. Also, the hotel is really far from the public road, so for transport you might end up using the hotel taxi service which is a real rip-off. Once you arrive sharm, I advise you take a regular taxi driver phone number and contact them for your excursions.

Beautiful location! We absolutely loved the buffets (dinner and breakfast). The staff at the restaurant was extremely friendly. The chef even showed us all the different options by hisself. Both buffets offered a huge range of choices. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. After dinner, the restaurant manager talked to us and even sent us a special fruit and dessert selection to the room! We felt like royals. Thank you soooo much! The room was beautiful and clean. There was a nice fruit plate in the room at our arrival. Also there was a fresh flower in a vase in the bathroom ( I absolutely love details like that). The beach was very clean. I did some snorkeling and there are many beautiful corals and fishes. (Very nice snorkeling spot). My husband loved the fact that the swimming pools are heated. Thank you!

We've booked a panoramic sea view room. The first room we've got, was in my point of view, not a panoramic sea view room. It was like a sea side view room. I mentioned it just after the check in and we've got an other room. The second room was a corner room and had a much better view on the sea. (for me it was still not a panoramic sea view but it was much better.) My conclusion is, that maybe the panoramic sea view rooms aren't available at the moment because of the renovation works. If this would be the case they shouldn't put them on booking as they are more expensive.

Upon check-out & paying the bill, the receptionist kept staring at my debit card behind the screen for a long time & typing something down in PC without any explanation, which is rather suspicious & fishy Upon inquiry he said he wants to follow up the payment with the bank (rather weird if you ask me) That didn’t leave a good or safe impression
