The room is family friendly for several reasons, the sofa bed is big and comfortable for 2 children, the toilet is separate and it has its own tiny sink and the bathroom has a shower and bathtub, which was practical for a family of 4 in one room, the closet has a door, the room also had a moving dining table and many drawers and cupboards, it was one of the best family rooms ive ever been to

The honesty of the staff, my booking was for a bay view but they gave me a pool view which is cheaper in the amount. then I went back to the reception and ask them why you gave me a pool view and not a bay view they said this is a bay view then I told them I know the difference between bay view and pool view so I told them cancel my booking I don't want to stay then they said just a second we will show a room maybe you will like it so I went to have look then it was a Bay view !!! SO they were not honest at all and I didn't like that and they are 5 stars hotel they should be better than that.

Where to start. We've stayed in many hotels, some Hiltons, but this was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The level of service, politeness and helpfulness is fantastic. We were welcomed by each and every staff member we encountered; whether it was in the hallway, at the pool, during dinner, ... without being annoying. Staffmembers were extremely child-minded and friendly. We had a lovely 2-bedroom familysuite overlooking the swimmingpool and waterfront. Facilities (not just room but the entire hotel) were very clean at all times, room was always tidy. Nice beds with soft linen, lovely sitting room. We received little snacks, fresh waterbottles and as we upgraded to halfboard and stayed in a suite, we also had access to the executive lounge. One night; our baby had cried throughout the night, which made us miss breakfast. Staff accommodated us in the executive lounge and no request was one too many. The hotel is so welcoming towards children. There's a lovely pool area (a separate playzone for kids if you like), high chairs, meals, crib, ... The restaurant offers a wide variety of international dishes, and they even have adjusted meals for children. Lovely poolarea with service at your poolbed. There's a wellness on site as well. Live entertainment in the evening at the cosy pool lounges. Free shuttle service to several places of interest on YAS. Taxis available. Very close to everything on YAS, 15min drive from the airport. This hotel did not just meet our expectations but exceeded these. We loved it.

The free shuttle can fill up easily and people don't always respect the waiting queue. The shuttle might encounter some delays as well so better take a taxi which is directly available and cheap to get around. We had our little hiccups with some admin as well (we extended our stay and two reservations got mixed up) but staff were most helpful in trying to solve this. Wellness is as per Arabian customs gender-separated, so keep that in mind should you wish to book a wellness as a couple.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel gave us ticket for Ferrari world, aquapark, warner bros and seeworld, Also there is free shuttle for those parks. Staff was helpfull, I want to thank to recepcionist Harry. Pool is very big and clean. I recommend to you should stay at least 4-5 days.

Great place to spend weekend in Abu Dhabi and if you plan to visit Yas island parks. Excellent for the families, great service and food, swim pool is large and safe for the kids. Will comeback again

Breakfast was excellent with good variety of food, coffee was good. The room, bed and pillows were absolutely comfortable. It was easy to park there. Yas Island parks are in the price of stay and this is a great benefit. The location is nice, the waterfront is really great and has different modern restaurants. Cafe del Mar is next to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable with kids, the pool was also very nice and has enough of sun-beds.

Cannot mention anything) Ticket concierge only next day could not in some reason to reprint tickets upon my request. Had to look for tickets and return back. Small issue but wasted time.

superb and all excellent stay for a family too, they even upgraded to room for sea view on our daughter’s special request. buffet was excellent with many options and also the key part was they provided tickets for all 3 (ferrari world, yas waterpark and warner bros) for all 3 days to all guest (included in room rate) so overall super deal

nothing bad we noticed(except the pool area which was under renovation) but that was ok considering the maintenance work in progress

Amazing hotel with amazing view and all the attractions are near. Unfortunately we noticed that we can go from the hotel to the arena walk in our last day! No need to go far to search for food it is all near for you. The pool also was perfect. And the best thing is that you got entry to any attractions (Yas waterworld, seaworld, ferrari world and warner bros) for free for each night.

The breakfast was poor, every day is the same food. In the reception told us we can eat even in the Lobby floor or at Grand floor it is the same food but when we went to the Lobby floor it was like they took what remained from the Grand floor breakfast it was so poor and not satisfied.

Value for money for a family of 4: Deluxe King room had a pull out sofa bed which could easily accomodate 2 more ppl, we were a family of 4, room was big with a pool and bay view, separate WC and bathing area, separate dressing area. Best part was that for 2 nights we got 2 tickets/day as for 2 adults,me and my husband covered Seaworld and WB for free in 2 days, Beach club has free access for Hilton guests and an amazing infinity pool.Many of the guests are not even aware of this.The waterfront is just behind the hotel, has good views and restaurants. Breakfast selection is elaborate.

The Hilton was an excellent choice for our Eid holiday in Abu Dhabi. The location was excellent, as not only was it a short drive from all the theme parks but it also was adjacent to Yas Bay, which was filled with wonderful waterfront restaurants. This also gave us a front row seat to the Yas Bay Eid fireworks, which were a brilliant and unexpected bonus. Despite being fully booked for the holiday, the hotel seemed to manage everything swimmingly. Breakfast ran smoothly, all our needs were attended to quickly, and the staff were lovely. The kids club was also a fantastic way to keep our three kids entertained for a bit so we could have some downtime too! We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we made great use of the complimentary theme park tickets each day, but it was super comfortable the whole time we were there and we wished we had more time to spend there.

The pool could have been cleaner. Also, McGettigans Irish Pub is SO loud all through the night and we were positioned right above the bar so it was quite noisy.
