For a hotel in Yas Plaza (great location) the price and overall experience is very competetive. Good value for money, especially when compared withh the other hotels in the vicinity. The staff were great and the hotel is very well run and clean. We were delighted to find we had been upgraded to a suite during check-in. The room was great and the views from the balcony were amazing. Close to the airport and Yas Island facilities (theme parks, mall, bars, restaurants).

Padel courts outside the room which can be noisy and used late into the night. The sliding doors between the rooms and balconies were extrement stiff to operate. On one occasion we were unable to open the door from the balcony which caused undue concern as we were ostensibly trapped there. This was resolved quickly but was not a particularly pleaseant experience.

Great location, friendly staff. Pretty quiet despit it was during the Formula 1 weekend.

There was a party going on every night in front of the hotel. This was because it was Formula 1 weekend. So it makes sense there are parties during this weekend, however, I was on the 5th floor on the front/street side of the hotel and the nosie was just too much. Party went on until 3AM every night and it was impossible to sleep before the party stopped, even with earplugs in. This is of course very specific to the Formula 1 weekend. But if you want to book this hotel for Formula 1, best to request a room at the rear of the hotel and as high as possible (or just go party until 3AM every day :) )

The room was clean and very comfortable with an amazing sea view. Room service food was also superb. The location is quite nice as well since there is a free shuttle to the airport and some other attractions in Yas Island.

The room smelled a bit bad whenever I entered the room. I received several marketing messages and when I asked for some services, there weren’t available. I asked for an airport pickup but the response was so slow that I didn’t see a confirmation even after I landed, but it had been arranged which I missed.

Children ticket to park should be included snd room should be bigger

I have stayed at this hotel many times and each time I have had a very good experience. Unfortunately, this time I was transferred to the Radisson Blu Hotel next door due to facility maintenance. The process was very quick and the staff were extremely courteous. The view from the balcony is very beautiful and satisfying. The rooms are also spacious and well cleaned. Thanks to the hard work of the cleaners.

As it was a weekday, breakfast was served in the restaurant in the Radisson Blu Hotel next door. My experience was that it gets incredibly busy close to 10am. I would recommend going early and would appreciate if the receptionist could announce the busy breakfast times to hotel guests at check-in.

I like how the staffs are very accomodating, friendly and nice. From Vallet parking to reception, room service and mint restaurant the staffs are all smiling and greeting us, asking us if we need anything. The room with free theme park access is a catch, the kids enjoyed the seaworld too much. The breakfast is also delicious with lots of food choices. We actually booked the hotel because it was my daughter's birthday, the Filipina receptionist upon check in made sure my daughter was happy by giving her a complimentary birthday cake, she was so thoughtful and the Filipina receptionist at night also was very helpful and nice.

First of all the receive , Mr Benedict was a beauty, his welcome made us feel so good ,that we had to forget about our long tiring flight. In addition to that he upgraded us(complimentary) to a beach facing high floor room , from where we could see the entire properties amenities , the golf course , the beach , Ferrari world's iconic red building , warner bros illuminating lights and Abu Dhabi's beautiful skyline . The bed was so so soft we had to melt down . the head board had brilliant running lights .The room was huge as well as the bathroom . next morning we had the most beautiful breakfast in our trip so many varieties of food we couldn't just try everything. Got two complimentary tickets to Ferrari world .The location is excellent 2 min walk from the free bus shuttle stop. In a Nutshell , It was Excellent .

Reasonably sized rooms with good sized bathroom having a large walk in shower. Comfortable beds in room with a chair and table also provided in addition to the dressing table. Very good breakfast with a very large range of hot and cold food, salads and fruits. Two pools to choose from, having access to the adjacent Radisson Blue hotel. Pool bar at Park Inn open in the afternoons and Mexican restuarant/bar open all day at Radisson Blue. Taxis always available at the front door. Vouchers provided free of charge for entry to the local beach club, a short walk or frequent bus ride away.

I couldn't find any faults with the hotel. Although Abu Dhabi airport approach is overhead, the sound insulation in the bedroom was excellent.

Amazing breakfast, well beyond my expectations! Modern and well designed room and bathroom.

Concierge services to pick up the luggage was horrible despite calling well in advance and 3 times after that. Room was a bit small especially with a cot in, didn't allow us for much moving or packing space. Free shuttle to Yas Mall is actually a good 10 minute walk on the other side of an urban park, so not ideal for everyone.

The best value for money on Yas Island. I stay at this hotel at least 4 times a year. Very nice, friendly, proactive and reactive staff, always trying to go extra mile for a guest. Even is there were some issues and mistreatments they managed to fix all in time and smooth.

the hotel might need some better maintenance soon - bathrooms are ok, but could be better cleaned - there are ants, rust, spots. Breakfast buffet is really poor and lacks qualitative food - there's many cheap products, poor coffee, bad quality jams and juices. They start charging money for ice buckets and wine glasses - bad sign and stingy behavior.
