Our room was located on the 8th floor and featured two comfortable beds. The atmosphere was peaceful, allowing for a restful stay. Additionally, we enjoyed a wonderful view of the hotel’s front entrance.

One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more snack options for families traveling with kids and teenagers. Having small Haagen Daz ice cream treats available for sale would be a great addition, as it can be quite inconvenient to purchase ice cream from the kitchen and receive just two small spoons for nearly $10.

Staff was very pleasant. Overall a very quiet, mature and relaxing environment. The neighborhood was also quiet and well kept. Room was very clean upon arrival, I had a standing shower which came with the traditional king room, spacious bathroom. The lobby was very welcoming to guest. Received complimentary wine one evening. Housekeeping came by every afternoon. It was a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This isn't a complaint, just an observation. The hotel is not located near much night life activities if that is what you are looking for.

Price was comparatively good to other hotels in the area. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

We had checked with a manager (twice) to ensure that we could have catering from an outside restaurant and were told yes. The day of the event we were suddenly told no and had to have the restaurant deliver to a nearby park. We ate dinner in the rain. This was unacceptable and as a result, I will not return.

great location, in a quiet area but also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. Quick and easy chekin\checkout, parking garage right next to the hotel

the carpets in rooms require deep cleaning, mine smelled of spilled coffee the shower requires some plumbing as the hoses were leaking, still could take a shower though, so nothing was broken overall the coffee pot was missing a tray the additional towels were washed but had stains overall not applied to the hotel, but travelers with cars beware - parking in dc is a pain, the overnight parking that the hotel offers is overpriced, better book the spot in the parking garage next door

When booking the hotel, taxes and breakfast were included in the reservation, but the hotel once again counted breakfast, which should have been included in the reservation with the benefits of Booking Level 2, the price was inflated

The price was exceptional for the rooms. The staff were wonderful. It was a beautiful hotel, and it is located perfect if you want to see the museums and historical sites. The staff also were knowledgeable about service dogs and very accommodating.

The price for a simple breakfast at the Starbucks inside the hotel was wild. Three cups of coffee and three sandwiches was over fifty dollars.

The property allowed us to checkin early and arranged for some amenities which was fantastic since our luggage was delayed android not have toiletries to freshen up. The staff was amazing special mention of Chad (front desk)and Peter (concierge) thank you once again for helping us make a really unpleasant situation with our bags a bearable one.

I think housekeeping can do better especially with the linen some had stains even though the linen was clean

Cameron at the front desk was so kind and helpful! She made check-in a breeze and stored my bag for me the day I was leaving so I could go look around! The room was clean, and the bed was more comfortable than the bed at the Ritz in Arlington! The bath products smelled great, and they left a little spray bottle of lavender on the bedside table! Nice touch.

There wasn’t anything that stood out that I didn’t like. The restrooms could have been cleaner, monitored more often, some customers can make a mess and not clean up after themselves.

Breakfast price was too high! Quality average. My booking.com reservation was including breakfast but the hotel insisted it was not! I showed the receptionist the booking.com confirmation but she insisted that booking.com did not send this info!!
