The hotel is in a good location, very clean and very pleasant.

The pool closing time does not match a daily rate. You arrive at 4 pm, the pool closes at 6 pm and only opens again at 10 am the next day. In other words, the guest does not enjoy much. I was not informed that I would have to reserve chairs by the pool, much less that car parking would be charged..

Eden Roc has that classic mid-century Miami Beach feel that you just can't imitate. The hotel has a few rough edges, but I always leave it feeling great. The grandeur of the bar in the lobby, the beautiful vintage design elements, the views of sea and bay, the great location. At Nobu Restaurant, if you can figure out just what you want, you can have a really memorable meal. My highlights were the Little Gem salad, which had curled/grilled leaves with ginger in a miso broth on a layer of hummus, and Baked Alaska for dessert--bourbon flaming over meringue over guava ice cream and mango cheesecake. Unforgettable. On room service, the chia pudding for breakfast was light, smooth, flavorful, like a cloud--best I've ever had. Slept super well in the bed. High quality mani/pedi at the spa. They were switching over their wifi network, so I can't speak to how that will work. But I'm already nostalgic for Eden Roc.

Loved the Mid Beach location and views from our room overlooking the parking lot however wide side views of the canal and ocean. Amazing!

The beds were way too hard for comfort. Our backs were very stiff after a nights sleep. The bathtubs drainage was too slow and made the tub slippery taken a shower. Having to climb into the tub to take a shower was difficult. The height to step over is dangerous for any age unless one is tall.

Beach is wonderful, cold water for free to drink, many pools also with bar, towels, room is big, the view is the nicest I ve ever seen! Bycicle can be rented, drinks meals can be ordered to the beach!

Breakfast is not buffet, served in a nice restaurant, view to the beach, BUT it is open so extremely hot! Was not comfortable to eat by that heat! At this level, buffet breakast is needed I think in a airconditioned place. Perhaps they could put windows.

Nice, clean, spacious room, good bed, great ocean view, lovely lobby and friendly staff

The sun beds were awful to lie on: a metal rod is poking in your back. Lots of Grackles round the pool trying to steal your food, sun towels have sunscreen stains in them

I liked that the hotel was right on the beach.

The table at breakfast had a lot of little bugs crawling. Umbrella and 2 chairs cost $75. It wasn't easy to locate our rooms. The ocean view upgrade for an additional $50 each room wasn't that much of an ocean view. There were better ones. That was a ripoff! We rented 2 rooms but had 1 rob in each room. We requested additional robs, but we didn't get any responses.

We absolutely loved everything about the Eden Roc! As soon as we walked into the lobby the atmosphere was full of energy. The views from our room were stunning over looking the pools and ocean. Ocean social was outstanding for breakfast and on Sunday with the DJ playing everyone was jamming to the tunes and having fun. The resort location is centrally located with a hidden gem at the back of the property that is a running, walking, bike path that goes for miles. Located right on one of the best beachs in world Miami Beach is stunning and the water with blues and greens is beautiful on the beach that caters to guest was perfect. We had one of the of the best meals ever at Nobu. See you real soon Eden Roc!

They never offered us to stay a couple extra day for free…lol, really nothing we as an adult family of 4 didn’t like.

The service staff were very kind, especially the ones who took the luggage at the door, I found them very welcoming and I felt happy to see them every time I returned to the hotel, they were especially courteous. The rooms are very nice and the view is very good.

When we were first ready to check in, we were not well prepared for the room and had to wait a while, but the problem was not a big one and was within the range I could accept.

The hotel was lovely, the staff was nice and professional, and the location was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway stay! We had a great time relaxing at the pool and enjoying the private beach. We'll definitely return for a future stay at Eden Roc!

It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room so that we could heat up our leftovers.
