Lovely staff, this was in my opinion the big winner but definitely Wyndham is making a big difference ie breakfast & the area was very good/modern 👍

Probably needs some updating ie lift, beds a bit on the small side but there was 3 big adults plus wife so…!

Very close to the airport, shuttle was ok, the room was nice, quiet. Breakfast was good.

Shuttle staff was quite rude, there is no info available about how to get it or where, after asking at he airport, we found the spot, the van was there but the driver hesitated to let us in, asked about 4 times if we had a reservation and if we called the hotel before...

The location was very convenient to get to and a quick drive to the airport. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff took pride in that. Paul was very friendly and inviting when we checked in. He made sure we knew about breakfast. The breakfast had a wonderful variety. The lady who attended to the breakfast kept cleaning up and refilling items. She took a lot of pride in her work. As for our room, it was very spacious and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom in the lobby area was without soap. It was busy at the front desk during that time. Also, we had a pull out couch but no sheets or blanket for it. We had to go to the front desk to ask for it. The gentleman who got it for us was very quick and friendly.

Staff were pleasant, room was clean, spacious,and with good facilities, ie coffee maker, microwave and iron. Plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. Bed lovely and comfortable. Bathroom had nice brand of soap and shower gel, and plenty of towels. I also had a bathtub, which had a shower head in it. Hotel is near to the airport. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was basic but cheerful, and those with a big appetite could eat as much as they like. The orange juice was exceptional, and worth a special mention! The hotel store has snacks and frozen meals, useful for those who are very hungry and don't want to go outside, or order in fast food. There is also a laundry room, which can be paid for via phone QR code or app.

Gym wasn't very well equipped, and is tiny.

Full breakfast: coffee, OJ, apple juice, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, etc. 10 mins from airport. Room was cute and comfortable. Nice enough staff, surely could ask them for anything. Close to restaurants and gas stations. Felt safe and secure. Decent TV. Booking was simple.

Elevator was small. USB port was on the front of the microwave instead of by the bed/desk. Bathtub had a hair in it and the tub faucet leaked. Only one mini soap bar and one tiny shampoo, no conditioner or lotion. Got a stuffy nose while I stayed there, but it cleared up after I left.

My flight was canceled, and I had to book a room for one night, so I stayed here. Upon checking in at 10-11pm, the lady who assisted me and the gentleman who started his shift was delightful. Concerned with my safety (traveling alone), the lady checked me into a room on the ground floor near the front desk. Though I can handle my own, it was greatly appreciated for her to look out for me. The room had what I needed for one night; a bathroom, coffee, and bed.

Honestly, I got nothing.

- Couldn't reach the front desk when called. - Nobody was at the front desk, we had an early flight and we were unable to get a ride to the airport. So, we needed to get and pay for an Uber to the airport when your hotel info clearly states your facilities provide transportation. - The bathroom door was hard to open, it kept sticking

We contacted the resort a few weeks prior to our stay and notified them that we would be late (after 10) they confirmed that it was fine but did not tell us that the free shuttle shut down at 10. We are from Canada and did not have access to a phone. We couldn't call them, after waiting for a few minutes for the shuttle. A Good Samaritan offered to call for us (he was a local at the airport) - he was told that the shuttle closed at 10. It would have been nice to know that in advance.

The shuttle driver was exceptional. Very helpful!

Room could have been cleaner. Shower was old and weak water pressure. Everything looked slightly worn. Maybe a paint job would brighten the place up. We could not be picked up at terminal C. I did notice there were other hotel shuttles at C but for some reason we had to go to A or B and that was a real drag as it is a very long distance from C to A or B.
