The hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a great location. Target was directly next door and there was mail across the street. You couldn’t want for anything because it was all within walking distance. Ask for a room with a pool view. Our 2nd night, we had dinner at Raindancer Steakhouse and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious meal and wonderful ambience!!

The hotel only has two floors so there’s no elevator. Not a problem for most but my mom has bad knees so stairs are painstakingly slow for her. If I had known, I would’ve requested something on the ground floor. Still, I would definitely stay again.

The property was priced within the range of what I wanted to spend. I was looking to be close to a specific venue and it was convenient to that. But when I got there I realized it was right off of 95 and very easy access to everything we did all week. The pool area was quite beautiful. It had a very calming feel and just was a pretty place to sit and have breakfast or take a swim.

The maintenance of the room I was in was not the best. There was a musty smell and a wet spot on the floor. Our room is cleaned every day. And we were left plenty of fresh towels on a daily basis.

This Best Western exceeded my expectations! The staff were great, courteous and friendly. I was able to check in early after my flight from Philadelphia. The hotel gives you a sense of relaxation and safety; the hotel gardens, pool and rooms reminded me of a Caribbean resort. Very Clean and well kept. Food and Shopping were within walking distance ( Next Door!) All in all a great hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

the only complaint I had were the lack of breakfast items! lol. I usually have a late breakfast so most items were gone by 8.30 am.

This property was very clean and organized. It smells great once you open the door. The staff was great and super understanding. The manager was able to help me and my family in a very particular way and we are very grateful to her. To the manager: Continue to work with your heart. God sees you. Thanks again

I like everything about the property

Very neat and clean! Very convenient location to shops, food and downtown with shuttle service for a small fee. The staff were amazing and very friendly! The management was superb. We have vacationed twice here at this property and will be back

Only one negative and it's a big one. Tub shower was DANGEROUS because there was nothing to hold onto. No shelf of any kind, no grab bars, etc. Just flat tile walls. And also no non-slip mat or safety strips. We couldn't go back there to an otherwise very nice hotel.

As it was our first time in West Palm Beach, we had no experience with other Hotels in this area. We chose this one because we always have/had good experiences with Best Western Hotels. This place as well, was a good pick, location, interior etc. was great as Best Western Hotels are always, according to our experience. When we will be in this are, we sure will come back here.

I was able to book the same day for a reasonable price.

The staff at check in was polite but not friendly. She briefly speak to us, we made a comment that we had been traveling for 14 hrs but she assigned a room on the second floor far away for the ladders and with no elevator building. We asked for a better acomodation but she said no with out even look at the system. We are not loud or messy people. Last time we stayed on the first building, it was a much better experience.

The location and the staff. I enjoyed that this resort was next to Tanger Outlets and Target. I also enjoyed it was near a gas station that was selling Mango Frieza drinks and that also had a Hispanic style restaurant inside it that was selling lunch and dinner options. Overall we had a great time going to the beaches, relaxing and shopping like how we planned our vacation.

Breakfast could have had better options.

Good location not far from Palm Beach, close to shops, nice courtyard with swimming pool, room pretty comfortable, good (classical) breakfast, quiet despite the proximity of a boulevard.

Price/quality ratio not great (a bit on the expensive side). Some refurbishment would be necessary. Like in most/all motels in the US, single-use plastic cutlery at breakfast.
