Best Western Webster Hotel, Nasa

Hotel was very close to my work commute. Also, breakfast was an 8/10. Building was clean and staff was responsive to issues.

I didn’t like that the bed was very stiff. I actually left with back pain. Also, during the night, I don’t know if another guest had mistaken our room or a food delivery company was dropping food off. Point is we didn’t order anything and weren’t expecting anyone in the middle of the night. Not a fan of being woken up. Gladly, front desk answered our call and went to check on whatever package was left at front of the door. However, it was unsettling as to why someone would knock three different times and not realize they were mistaken. Unless it wasn’t a guest or food delivery, but a stranger who was let into the building.

LOCATION! There were so many places to eat and even had a Tex-Mex restaurant right behind The BW. The air conditioning, the bed and the shower pressure were all excellent. The refrigerator had to be turned on which is not unusual and our water bottles were cold in the morning. The hot breakfast was very good with a lot of choices and the staff kept everything filled up so that even if you showed up late there was still plenty to choose from. The front counter staff was friendly which can be a rarity now a days. But the LOCATION! WOW!

Usually there is a wall that hides the bed when you open the door leading into the room. There wasn't one so that when the door is opened, someone passing by could look in and see you relaxing in bed wearing whatever you choose to wear--or not.

The property was in a good location, close to a good variety of restaurants. They had a good breakfast and the room was clean. The front desk people were friendly. The price was very good.

The room was not serviced. We stayed two nights and were out of there all day starting around 9:30am. I didn’t know if that was the policy and didn’t see it stated anywhere.

Liked the breakfast room, would say I understand this is an older location and that does show in the rooms. Even though they are older age they are well kept. Would have liked to know there was not going to be maid service or if it was only scheduled to let people know it needed to be scheduled. Was there only for a couple of nights so not a big issue. Traffic was minimum, and good restaurants within walking distance.

The location was perfect. Not far from Downtown Houston or Galveston. Plus food and stores are close by as well.

You can hear literally everything outside your room. Doors shutting or people talking, etc. But it doesn't last long, mainly when people are leaving in the morning and coming in at night.

The lady who works at the front desk is super nice and accommodating. 10 minutes away from NASA.

You can’t open the window in your room because of the local hotel regulations. The room is stuffy. The breakfast ends at 9am, and it is too early for most of the hotel guests. It should last at least until 10am.

Breakfast was excellent, clean and well presented

There was no security on the window. In fact I returned to my room on one occasion to find the window fully open. Once I closed the window chronic condensation formed on the inside. There were no USB outlets in the room

The price was good, the front desk manager was nice he helped us out with a late check out and they were understanding of some problems I had with my driver's licence when checking in Wich really saved us. The pool was also open Wich was great! Overall not a bad stay!

The furniture was just a little worn out and old looking (not too bad of a complaint though for the price), also the cleaning ladies were knocking on the door 20 minutes before check out after I had been approved for a late check out due to oversleeping.

Staff was very friendly and efficient, room was clean and had all basic amenities, sufficient parking spots. Check in and out processes were easy.

I would had liked more breakfast options like fruit, but it was ok. Room AC was located right next to the bed so it was too direct in the face.

The staff was very pleasent. The continental breakfast was actually more than I expected. The rooms were clean and the layout was very convenient. The pool was very refreshing and clean.

The room phone in 136 did not work to call front desk. Had to use cell phone to call front desk.
