Location was awesome.. everything well within walking distance. Easy walk to the train station.

Our room was waterfront!!.. However the supply boats parked for unloading right under our room and they start at 5am… lots of noise and yelling to one another. Great room but be prepared to be woke at 5am…

Location is great. Close to train station. We saw many people lugging their bags a long ways to hotels that were farther away. Venice has only water taxis so far-away hotels are a headache. Room was clean and modern. Big but felt small because we were a family of 4 in 1 room with a queen and sofa bed. Remember to open the shutters outside the windows otherwise the room will feel like a cave. Easy to walk down from hotel right onto the main street with shops, cafes and restaurants

We had a great night in Venice. Our room was upgraded so we were super happy. The room was large, comfortable and spacious with an oldly worldly feel. The balconies were great, however you had to stand up from the seats to see the view, (but it was an amazing view) and due to the rain we couldn’t sit on the cushions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is based in the quieter end of Venice closer to the train and bus stations. It’s a good way to explore all the other canals on your way to Piazza San Marco, only 20min walk. Breakfast was good, and you could sit outside at appreciate the view of the Canal. We enjoyed our stay very much :)

My experience at this hotel was amazing! I would definitely recommend it. I stayed there with my family for two nights while we visited Venice before going on a Mediterranean cruise. We had two rooms between the four of us. Our rooms were on the canal and had the most AMAZING view. The location was great, and because the hotel was located on the main walking path, it was always easy to get to and from your hotel without getting lost. It was also a super close walk to the train station (literally less than 5 minutes), so we had no problem walking to catch our early morning train. We also really liked the restaurant at our hotel and found it had a great quality food. The restaurant has a nice patio that was right on the canal, and I absolutely fell in love with their gnocchi. Overall, it was an amazing experience and really helped my family to have a wonderful stay in Venice. Absolutely would recommend.

The room sizes are a bit on the smaller size. Totally manageable for 2 people, but I would not recommend trying to fit a cot in the room or anything.

If you’re wondering what’s the best place to stay in Venice: around San Marco or here, think no further. San Marco and the area is very stressful: thousands of people every day and it’s very far away from the train station/main parking. As in Venice you cannot use a car to circle around, you’ll need to solve your luggage 🧳- and dragging it through the city is a BAD idea. This hotel is in the best area, already beautiful and full of things to see. Just by the Gran Canal - with a beautiful terrace to have breakfast or lunch. The staff is very kind and the bed is very comfortable. High quality service, I was really satisfied and will come back.

Maybe they could have a system about noting if a guest doesn’t want the automatic air conditioning in the room. I needed to call every day to turn it off, and that was a bit annoying.

The location is superb. Having its own dock, the hotel was perfect for using a water taxi from the airport. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. The breakfast was very accommodating with a wide range of foods for choice. And on check out it was helpful to leave our luggage until it was time for our flight. Well done Continental. We look forward to visiting your hotel again. A first class hotel, with first class service.

There was nothing to dislike. We didn't find fault with anything.

We booked in booking.com but our order was not synchronised with hotel’s system and they missed our booking. Luckily, they got spare room and upgraded our room and have a stunning view. Would like to say a big thank you to the receptionists for their kind assistance. Hotel is close to train station and very convenient - there’s a supermarket nearby.

The waiter of breakfast place was not good. Not sure why, she cannot see the cups on our table and arranged other guests to sit our table when we went out to grab food :( We want to complain at first, but dont want to make a fuss so just left it. However, we would like to flag it here so hotel management is aware of it and can provide training to your staff.

Wonderful service and attitude of staff especially Asia and Franco at front desk and Marina at the breakfast. Room was small as expected in Venice but was room for luggage and hanging space and drawers with a big bed.Also a safe in room. Bathroom had good shower and shelf for toiletries with a magnifying make up mirror. Room 136 looked out onto Grand Canal. Breakfast exceptional with hot and cold selections and plenty of pastries and cakes to enjoy whilst sitting outside watching activities on the Canal. Best place I have stayed at in Venice.

The air conditioner was really good, the balcony was really nice. The location is perfect, short walk to the train station and to the bus stop although there’s a bridge you have to cross but it’s reachable and walking distance. Room little bit small but was enough for the 3 of us, but this is Venice! Leaving the luggage after checking out until our train time was ver helpful, thanks to Silvia & Asia in the front desk for helping us.

Didn't care for the location of the room because we had no view. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed that we could eat on the water. My biggest complaint was having only that day in Venice we had to wait until 4:00 pm to check in when we had asked for early check-in.

That we could have had a nicer view from our room and the check in time was bordering on unacceptable. Also, since we paid for 4 rooms and booked through booking.com we were unable to accumulate points for our BW stay. That was disappointing.
