The room had everything you needed inside.

Even though the location was not very central, we still didn't get free parking at the property.

This was a comfortable place to stay. The suite had a mini kitchen and dishwasher (cutest thing ever). There is a Landry room on site and it was easy but bring your own soap. The breakfast was a great value and also delicious- lots of options. Staff on site are very helpful. It is a bit away from downtown/ old town. The walk was about 20-30mins. There are buses those in the area. The of this hotel is residential, there a supermarket and restaurants up the hill about 10mins.

Distance to downtown. The room was very hot and we had to rent a fan from the front desk. It didn’t do much to cool the room but it help a little for sleeping.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable as a stopover when travelling . Good shower with a strong flower of water. Small kitchenette area with utensils plus a small fridge if travelling with perishables.

It was advertised as walking distance to the old town. We walked and it took longer than expected. Also the highway traffic is noisy.We had to pay for the parking bay which we thought was included in the price..

The place is good, perhaps for a longer stay would have been even better (it you plan to cook something at the appartment). Also the price of the parking was cheap. The room is clean, and the staff very friendly.

There are no close supermarkets, or "boulangeries". You need to have a 15 to 20 minutes walk towards Annecy in order to have places to have breakfas or lunch.

Halfway to outskirt district hotel's location is quiete comparing to old city. I enjoyed my own kitchen corner and very much appreciate the cleaning staff"s work: realy tidy room I had. Doors in and out have entrance safeted.

Making booking on internet there is no help to explain proceeding options by urbain transport.Arrived late in dark felt disoriented and finally drivers at railwaystation were explaining me number 2 line to take and which stop getting of.

the room had all you need for cooking, it was complete, clean and confortable. We had the surprise to receive a box for their test. Not located at Annecy but close to, 10 min by foot and 15-20min to be in the center of the city where is the Vieille Ville and the Lake.

we didn’t know if it was normal to not have the cleaning services everyday. so we kept the same bedsheet and towels during all our stay (4 days).

Room and facilities were great Reception staff at check-in and check-out were very professional and helpful Bed was very comfortable I managed to get a free parking space which was a real bonus

The location was not great .. just that little too far from the city centre Given its location, the price of the room was a little higher than I would have expected

This was our second stay at Zenitude. Annecy is a great stop off before heading up the Alps the next day. Room was very clean and beds comfy. Staff at reception were also very friendly and helpful. Great value for money but if you want to head into Annecy town centre you'll need to get a taxi or drive in, but that wasn't so much of an issue for us.

The smell of stale smoke in the lift and corridors of the rooms was very unpleasant whilst walking to and from our room. The bathroom was in the main bedroom which was quite inconvenient as there were 4 of us in total.

The size of the room met our needs as a family. I found the location good as it was accessible to the city centre. You could take a walk around the area. I got staff who who were very willing to help despite the language differences. Overall, the apartment was neat.

Nothing really except that the curtain blind could have been better for privacy. the only way to get privacy from other flats was rolling down the window blinds.

A pleasant accomodation located near the highway but only 15 minutes fra from the center. We choose to move to the city centre by bus as the receptionist advise.The staff was very friendly,the room was spacious and comfortable. A place where I would definitely return
