The room was in a good, cleaned condition, the bed was very comfortable, at the reception there's a snack machine. There's a parking option, no extra charge. We were struggling with a taxi driver who spoke only french, but the receptionist Lady was very kind and helpful and helped us out to translate. It was a very nice stay.

The location is not the best to the nicest spots in Annecy. 30min. of walk or few min. by car. Taxi is about 15 EUR.

I like the place, the staff are so nice but our room there’s a papmper under the bed which is so disgusting !!!! The rest are ok !!!!

They didn’t cleaned much the room, we found a pamper under the bed which is so disgusting really not acceptable !!!! Grrrrr.

Great little stay for the price that we paid - we loved it here. Very friendly and helpful reception giving us information on bus routes and quick check in. Clean room and bathroom. Nice little seating area outside with benches and fairy lights that come on when it gets dark. A little bit further away from Annecy centre but a very close and cheap bus route just up the road so this was very convenient for us with our heavy backpacks when getting to the train station too!

Location is actually pretty good, walking distance to old town. Breakfast was more than adequate and worth getting (at point of booking room)

as most people mentioned the walls are not sound proof. nevertheless our neighbours were quiet and I think this would be the case most of the time

The room was very clean and comfortable even though it was small. They provided a fan for air circulation and the heater works well. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were quite patient with our lack of French.

The shower stall was quite small and it was hard to move inside. You end up being hugged by the shower curtain while taking a shower.

Worth the money. Comfortable and Clean Beds. Late Check-In Timings. Nice Ambience around the Hotel.

The place is a bit far from Lake Annecy, around 20minutes walking. Our bathroom was a bit small and it flooded every time we showered. No dedicated luggage storage area but you can still keep your luggage with them.

The room was great, warm and confy. The staff was super nice with us and the breakfast we had was super good and with local products as well

we had the most lovely stay here, I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews! the staff were friendly, for such a great price it’s got absolutely everything you need the walk into town really isn’t bad at all breakfast was cheap and lovely. nothing fancy but a normal continental breakfast love the outdoor area

Very nice place to spend a small weekend, we'll connected to public transportation and the receipt ionist was fabolous, very helpful.

The room was bit small and there was no lock at the toilet door. Except everything was well organized.

I expected this hotel to be a disaster - based on the comments. So i thought i'd have to scratch the spunk off the wall and remove dead babies from under the bed but it was all a lie! What a disapointment. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and the 12:00 checkout time is brilliant!

It is as basic as it can get.
