The room was in a good, cleaned condition, the bed was very comfortable, at the reception there's a snack machine. There's a parking option, no extra charge. We were struggling with a taxi driver who spoke only french, but the receptionist Lady was very kind and helpful and helped us out to translate. It was a very nice stay.

The location is not the best to the nicest spots in Annecy. 30min. of walk or few min. by car. Taxi is about 15 EUR.

Great little stay for the price that we paid - we loved it here. Very friendly and helpful reception giving us information on bus routes and quick check in. Clean room and bathroom. Nice little seating area outside with benches and fairy lights that come on when it gets dark. A little bit further away from Annecy centre but a very close and cheap bus route just up the road so this was very convenient for us with our heavy backpacks when getting to the train station too!

Location is actually pretty good, walking distance to old town. Breakfast was more than adequate and worth getting (at point of booking room)

as most people mentioned the walls are not sound proof. nevertheless our neighbours were quiet and I think this would be the case most of the time

The room was very clean and comfortable even though it was small. They provided a fan for air circulation and the heater works well. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. They were quite patient with our lack of French.

The shower stall was quite small and it was hard to move inside. You end up being hugged by the shower curtain while taking a shower.

Worth the money. Comfortable and Clean Beds. Late Check-In Timings. Nice Ambience around the Hotel.

The place is a bit far from Lake Annecy, around 20minutes walking. Our bathroom was a bit small and it flooded every time we showered. No dedicated luggage storage area but you can still keep your luggage with them.

The room was great, warm and confy. The staff was super nice with us and the breakfast we had was super good and with local products as well

Very nice hosts, when I arrived before the check in time, she accepted to let my luggage at the reception, and I loved that, it enabled me to go about the city and make the most of my stay before going back to the hotel. Also, when the little room mistake occurred, her colleague quickly gave me the right room, she even escorted me to the room and made sure I was pleased wih it. Clean room, spacious, clean bathroom, nice TV and desk, quiter than one other premiere classe hotel that I have been to before and very beautiful, I loved how cosy it was. There was a microwave downstairs that was at our disposal. Breakfast included, with so many options, cornflakes, juce, milk, petit pain, etc, I liked the buffet breakfast concept (it would also have been better if there were addional options like charcuterie, fruit, but that's just a little detail). The location is very beautiful, you could see the mountains from your room's window. It is located in a very quite area, so you don't hear traffic noise. And it's close to the bus station, it takes only 15 min to be in the city center.

I wish there could have been an option to do the check-in even before the indicated time. That would have been much convenient to me. I was able to do it in another premiere class Hotel, so I was hoping it would be the same thing in this one. Also I didn't like the fact that when I got back in the afternoon, a way past the check-in time, the room that was given to me hadn't been ready yet, so I went back to the receptionest to change rooms (that was a little mistake they have made, but it didn't take them too much time to give me the right one, it was quickly resolved)

we had the most lovely stay here, I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews! the staff were friendly, for such a great price it’s got absolutely everything you need the walk into town really isn’t bad at all breakfast was cheap and lovely. nothing fancy but a normal continental breakfast love the outdoor area

I expected this hotel to be a disaster - based on the comments. So i thought i'd have to scratch the spunk off the wall and remove dead babies from under the bed but it was all a lie! What a disapointment. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and the 12:00 checkout time is brilliant!

It is as basic as it can get.

Very nice place to spend a small weekend, we'll connected to public transportation and the receipt ionist was fabolous, very helpful.

The room was bit small and there was no lock at the toilet door. Except everything was well organized.
