Super friendly and welcoming staff. Loved our room (with jacuzzi terrace) and loved all the extra touches - complimentary soft drinks minibar, snacks, fruit, wine and canelles! Breakfast buffet was fantastic, plenty of variety, and served until 1030, which was very welcome! Superb central location, easy to walk everywhere. We didn't use the spa & hammam as we had our own jacuzzi :)

I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the extra touches in the room because we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. It was very lovely and the staff made sure that everything went well. They were very polite and attentive! Breakfast was excellent! I can't say enough good things about the hotel. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable.

Not so much that I didn't like something, but it might have been helpful to know how to operate the shower/tub :) The shower is very luxurious with a lot of buttons and nozzles. We managed to get the shower to work but never figured out how to use the other features. Something that a phone call would have fixed, but it wasn't a priority to take a bath, using the shower was perfect.

Location, amenities and the staffs are exceptional

The room we booked was a small for the number of luggages we had.

Hotel felt like a B&B. Rooms were all unique (saw 3 different rooms amongst our extended family), location was in the heart of everything, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Definitely not the cheapest option available, but well worth the money if you are looking at this price point. Would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Breakfast is a bit expensive, however very good selection for the price. Additionally, walls are a little thin and can hear muffled sounds from immediate neighbors, but nothing the property can do about that and is an expected tradeoff with the charm of this well-renovated hotel.

Room design flaws were significant. Lack of space for 2 open suitcases--at that pricepoint, 2 luggage racks isn't too much to expect. No curtain sheer to block view from patio & restaurant, and blackout curtain is isolating/dark in day hours. Curtain surrounding shower area was completely ineffective--floor, sink counter, etc. were soaked! Mirror in shower was fogged, no exhaust discernable in room (links to window/curtain issues). Lighting was all downward, none accommodating makeup application. TV on footboard of bed was intrusive/odd.

Really friendly and helpful staff - they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are bright, clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. Small spa and pool area is lovely after a day sightseeing and there is a small bar and restaurant where you can taste many wines. We had a perfect stay.

A few more food options in the evening would have been nice, but only as we have a small child. In reality it is not an inconvenience as there are so many restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. It is a great area.

The hotel had a large and clean room with good facilities and great service. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food and drinks on offer were very good. Our stay in Bordeaux was very enjoyable in this great location and comfortable hotel.

The pool has too much chlorine and the laundry service was not available when required.

We had a great stay thanks to the wonderful location and incredibly helpful staff. The property is centrally located to bars, shopping, sightseeing and transit (helpful for cute du vin museum). The staff were very helpful arranging dinner reservations, recommendations and offering drinks in the lobby. The butler provided cocktails at the lobby bar as well as valet car service for a premium experience. The spa was a lovely added option included in the stay, and with no other visitors to the pool and sauna private spa to ourselves for the night.

Room 17 had a lovely little patio, though subterranean making the room dark, though the lighting, fixtures and finishes were modern and all worked well. The only suggestion would be to have plugs with a usb/usb-c plug that would be incredibly helpful and thoughtful as all the other elements of this property were well thought out. I would stay there again

The dark room off the main patio was not the best location for a bedroom with a jacuzzi, it didn't feel private enough to enjoy.

The staff were very good. Especially Lucy, Mr Z, Tanguy, Numa and Holly. They looked after me very well, especially as I had a broken foot. They were of great assistance and comfort to me. The room attendants were very sweet and had good humour especially when it came to our language barrier ☺️

Some areas were a little run down for the price.
