It was very close to the Gare Colmar and the old town, easily walkable. Bed was comfortable and room was warm. Bath tub in the bathroom was a plus! Good for a warm soak after walking around town. The staff were all very pleasant.

I'm guessing the walls were a little thin or maybe made up of wood boards since you can hear some chatter from next door. I was woken up by the vibrating alarm from the guests next door 😅.

Stairs should have better side rails help us disabled's NOTE there is a lift to the floor but stairs should have side rails on both sides and esturde, some stairs down to my room level needed them,

Heating went really down in the night, I was freezing despite the blanket.

the hotel is very close to train station, close to the old city centre which is a very touristic area. bed was confortable, the room was very clean, the staff was nice. we bought the breakfast for 11 euros and despite that other people in comments said that was not worth it, i can say that I liked it. indeed scrbled eggs or bacon (or any other earm breakfast food) is missing, but there is plenty of diverse food and it is very good.

Really nice hotel near the train station and close to the city center. We came with low expectations, but the reality surpassed us. The hotel is really nice for a short stay and is great value for money. The train line is in front of the room, but don’t worry the room is sound proof and there are no trains late at night.

There was only one heater situated in the bathroom, so the bedroom was little cold. There was nice and warm blanket, so no problem when you are in the bed.

The hotel is nice, clean, the staff is very friendly. Free parking is possible in front of the building if there is space. The room is spacious (despite the 15sqm indication in the description). The bathroom is separate and is rather big. The downtown is about 5-10 mins on foot.

The hotel is next to the train lines. Asking for a quiet rooms is advisable if someone is senitive to noise. The only thing I found strange was the location of the toilet. It was so close to the wall that "bigger man" may have difficulties to use it. Otherwise, good choice for a few days stay.

This was a simple hotel with no extra fancy stuff. Bed, bathroom, and tv. There was breakfast in the morning but we chose not to buy it. The location was great! There was an area right around the corner for the dogs to walk and use the bathroom.

There was no free parking when we got there. We parked just down the street at a metered parking spot. It did have an app for the parking spot. A fridge in the room would be nice. The shower did not have a hook for the shower nozzle.

Location was great, not far from the city center, not far from the train station. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent!

In our room there wasn’t any kind of carpet or something like that, so floor was constantly cold. At least one pair of slippers would solve that problem.

Bathtub! Elevator! AC! The staff was amazing and didn’t mind my poor french! Close to the Gare! They also held my bags so i could explore before my train.

Train is mildly loud but thats what you get for a hotel so close to the Gare. No lost points there for me!

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious enough. Bed was comfy and there was a desk with two chairs. The location was fantastic-- an easy walk from the train station and Little Venice. Oh, and the air conditioning was outstanding. Definitely a perk during a heat wave! :)

Loved everything. I'd definitely stay again.
