Clean, well located hotel for an overnight stop. Warm welcome from a friendly & helpful receptionist who gave us immediate good advice on parking. Good buffet breakfast.

We were lucky to find parking opposite the hotel but an on site car park would have been preferable (but not possible given the hotel’s location). Our bedroom was in the eaves & a little bit small (but fine for one night).

This hotel boasts a central location, yet you won't find many tourists since all the main tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The reception staff is very friendly and organized, arranging a guided tour for us. Despite the fact that the breakfast lacks standard warm options like omelets with bacon, there is plenty of cheese, ham, great bread, cereals, boiled eggs, yogurts, and freshly baked pastries, which the staff brings every morning from 6:30 am. The hotel's design features pleasant, bright colors and interesting decor. The rooms are small, but that's all you need if you're spending most of your time outside. The main advantage is the air conditioning in each room! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.

Very nice and helpful staff. The location close to the city centre and Parc du Champ-de-Mars is perfect! Also the free parking on the other side of the railtracks was a plus. The interior is stylish and colourful. However, the chairs are not too comfortable. Good choice of breakfast, even with fresh fruit.

Not enough shelf space in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the seal of the shower partition did not prevent the water from running all the way through the bathroom, so you were standing in water in front of the sink or had to mop up the water with a towel. All hot beverages were instant and powder-based (coffee powder, milk powder, cocoa powder), except real tea bags. At least during breakfast you could combine with real milk. "View of the courtyard/patio" means, you look at a tar roof with ventilation units (which was OK, as we used the room for sleeping only, but would be a bleak view during rainy days).

You need to be early for breakfast. We were down at 10 minutes before 10 and the fruit and muesli were whipped away before we could get any and were told an emphatic Non when we asked for some. I felt they were more interested in cleaning up and packing away everything than looking after the guests, especially as there wasn't a whole lot of choice with the breakfast as it was. We were down at 9 30 the next morning 😅 Great place to leave your luggage.

We loved the interior of the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had enough space for two. This hotel is just a 5 min walk from the train and bus station. Also, it was quite close to the central area, which made it very convenient for us to explore the old town.

The breakfast could have had more options in eggs. We could only get hard boiled eggs. Some other variations of eggs would have been better. Otherwise, the breakfast had many other options like cold cuts, porridge, tea/coffee, breads etc.

The location is great, close to the Rapp central park and in short walking distance to the old town. The property is very thought through modern and very clean and with much detail on decoration and design (especially color design) Our room was a bit on the small side (space to put suitcase is missing), but well equipped with large TV, safe, cooling/heating A/C unit, a big window and a large bathroom with bathtub. The breakfast is very generous, self service and of high quality A perfect staying place for a short city visit to Colmar. Could have easily gotten a rating of 9 if the receptionist had been a little more customer oriented.

We chose a double room with double bed (there was a choice of bed at the booking, either double bed or two separate beds). After booking (with no cancellation possibility due to the short period) I got two mails from the property. One saying that they would try to answer to my special request (It was a booking choice rather than a special request) and the second one almost immediately after, that there were no rooms with double bed available. I responded to the mails but did not get any reply. At checkin the receptionist was not very understanding, and did not even offer an apology. We did still stay the two nights that we booked (in two separate beds) and enjoyed the stay very much. Everything else was great

It's a great choice to stay a couple of days in colmar. If you arrive by train, it's just a few blocks away. The bead and pillows are comfortable, overall quiet at night, good shower, the reception / breakfast area is spacious and colourful. Electric kettle provided and that is always a plus for me, but you can grab coffee or tea at any time in the reception area.

Breakfast could do with a little more variety.

The location is near the train station and not far from the historic center and sites. The lobby and rooms are colorful, clean and comfortable. Even with the proximity to the train station, I found our room to be quiet with minimal train noise. The was possible because we kept the windows closed. The air conditioning kept the room cool enough even while it was quite warm outside.

The bathroom was quite small but perfectly clean and functional.

We liked the Interiors of this place especially the reception & lounge areas. We also liked the feel at home services during our stay. The staff were very friendly & helpful with providing information and some exceptional services offered specifically by stefani the mexican sweet lady at the reception and Elody if I got her name right.

I wasn't very fond of the help yourself situation with luggage handling, the view of my room as well as the size of the rooms; they were too small. The room service cleaning was taking place everyday but they wouldn't empty the trash bins until we left the accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was great/comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing in the morning. Easy walk into town and when we checked in we were provided a map which made for an easy walking tour around Colmar without missing any sights along the way. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a visit!
