The location was excellent and minutes away from the attractive historic town by foot. The apartment has everything you need to stay comfortable.The host is very helpful and arrives to meet you.

We enjoyed everything about this apartment. The dark dress pillows the bed had some stains on them but that is nothing and they didn't cause a problem.

Ideal location, convenient walking distance to everything, yet pretty quiet without disturbence from the streets. Room settings and the bed ate quite comfortable. And helpful and friendly staff :-)

Just small things, a tower holder and some tea bags would be very helpful:-)

It is a lovely apartment, very well located, spacious and comfortable. The spa is the absolute plus and the shower is brilliant too. The flat is very well equipped and the kitchen is very large and practical. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Delphine was always very quick and helpful. She immediately responded to our concerns and acted accordingly, this was very much appreciated.

The flat was generally very quiet, but the neighbours above can be very noisy (moving furniture at 7am...). A bit annoying was that we waited 30 minutes on arrival even though the time was agreed well in advance and then the person came with the wrong key and we had to wait another 15 minutes.

Good location just on the rim of the Old Town of Colmar, but in a quiet side street. Cosy apartment with everything that you need. Very simple check-in and check-out.

A lot of spiders in the corners of the rooms, the bedroom door does not close properly .

The hot tub was magnificent. Centrally located.

We had to wait for check in despite confirming arrival time. Cleanliness could be a bit better.

Location was excellent. Apartment well equipped and well cleaned. Shower, bath and all facilities very nice. Even though it is in the center of town, the noise levels at night were very low.

Layout of the apartment a bit strange (have to pass through bathroom to get between bedroom and lounge/kitchen area - is enough space to have a corridor there). Also, with it being on the ground floor, had to keep curtains pulled most of the time.

Location location location

The curtains had to be drawn permanently due to people passing by and being able to see into the appartment. Net curtains/obsecure glass would have resolved this problem.

The location and the cleanliness

Heaters were not working properly it was too cold inside despite the 3-4 heaters One kf the heaters in washroom were not working

Convenient location and good size place

the pictures were much nicer than reality. Bed was really uncomfortable, hot and sweaty.
