The room is comfy, clean and has all the basics. Perfect for a solo traveller. Location is also very ok, 15 min walking to the city center.

The staff was quite unfriendly when I arrived. My French is not so good, so I tried my best, but I felt the receptionist did not put any effort into being polite or trying to speak English (or slower French), which was surprising to me as I was in a hotel where I expected the reception to be able to communicate better (or at least politely try).

Good location with parking close to major attractions and within walking distance to downtown. Very clean, comfortable beds, great staff (especially Typhaine who was sweet and really accomodating), excellent breakfast (English style), definitely great value for that price.

The 3rd bed blocks the way to the bathroom- you can't open it without hitting the bed and disturbing the person sleeping

The hotel was clean and modern. There was good WiFi in the bedroom. It had an en-suite shower room and a hairdryer. The man at reception was so helpful when I arrived. He spoke perfect English and gave me a map, circling areas for me. It is approx 15 minutes walk from Vieux Port. However, there are restaurants next to the hotel, if you don't want to walk to Vieux Port! I would recommend this hotel.

The skirting boards could have been wiped down as they were full of accumulated dust/material, the breakfast whilst being continental in style had sausage(not cooked) bacon (not cooked)scrambled egg(not cooked through) coffee was good an the croissant also. Not being able to book in until 14:00. This being constructive criticism only.

Location it's good. You have restaurants, macdonald, Burger King. Pharmacy , off-licence with wine fruits and vegetables. You can take a bus number 4 to a local Beach near macdonald or you can walk 15 minutes. From airport take a bus to Rochelle Station And walk over the bridge. The city its beautiful

The room its very basic no fridge and the breakfast start at 6.30 to 10 for me was too early. But the hotel its good value for 💰

Great location to walk to Port. Clean room, great aircon and secure parking.

Our check in time was 2 clock. We arrived at 4 clock and room wasn’t ready. Had to wait further 25 minutes. Double bed had big dip in it. But despite that a good nyts sleep. Also did not realise we had to pay for the parking in addition to our accommodation. 10 Euros.

Good location, but if a walk into old town but not too far. Didn’t have breakfast as liked to walk into the harbour to eat there. Comfortable & clean room.

On one of the nights we were there at about midnight, the alarm went off, there was no organisation, no one knew what they were doing. If it would have been a real fire, god knows what would have happened. So that needs to be dealt with.

it did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The air conditioning was set at an eco mode and you were unable to get the temperature lower than 21 degrees. I can imagine when it is really hot this could be an issue.

Breakfast was perfect. The rooms were clean. The parking possibility was very good.

There was no soap for the sink. The lighting for the sink should be from above, and not just on one side (unpractical for shaving). A glass would be a plus. The used paper ones were taken away and not replaced. The last full day, the beds weren't made.

The B&B has a good price/quality ratio, the parking at the venue (costs an additional EUR 10) is secures behind a fence/gate.

The B&B is functional. It serves it's purpose but it is no place to stay for a holiday in La Rochelle. Recommended for business trips.
