The location of the hotel is very good, we can see the Louvre from the room. The hotel is very close to the Seine River, we can visit the Seine River every day during our stay in Paris. There is a lively neighborhood nearby, but the street where the hotel is located is very quiet. There are many restaurants around the corner from the hotel, and the subway entrance is very close. The clerk is friendly, the room is clean and breakfast served in the room are very good. There is a separate guest lounge area, and guests have a quiet rest area before checking out and leaving the hotel.

The price is a little high, but it also be acceptable during peak tourism period

Stairs in room leading to bathroom. We were fit enough to climb the narrow stairs but think this should be highlighted in booking. There was only a hand held shower over the bath and due to the low sloping ceiling we had to kneel in the bath to have a shower.

Location was unbeatable. Bed was very comfortable.

No decaf tea or even coffee available at breakfast. Air conditioning was not working. Apparently the hotel switches the entire system off during the winter. Despite turning the radiator off, we found the room too warm at night, however opening the window meant we were woken early in the morning by loud voices and lorries in the streets outside.

A very pleasant stay in the hotel. the location could not be better - next to the Louvre and the Seine, very close to two metro lines, but very calm. The rooms are very cosy and the air conditioning was very strong. . It was very hot in Paris and it was pleasant to sleep in a cold room. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. . The personal is really friendly and helpful , you really feel welcome. I will be back, I hope.

The price was too high for 3 stars, even in Paris…

The location was superb, and the view of the louvre and the St Germaine cathedral was great! The breakfast was good as well, with a decent selection of savory and sweet options, with eggs and coffee available at request. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

The room was cosy enough for 2 people, definitely not enough room for those with a kid. The elevator and hallways were also exceptionally small, thankfully we didn't have any oversized luggage or used a wheelchair

Very cordial and friendly staff. We were traveling with an infant and the team proactively offered their support, as best possible. The location is too good, if you want to spend more time at Louvre. Even other tourist locations are easily accessible.

It is not that we didn't like, but if there are a bit more options of hot breakfast items for vegetarians, it would be fantastic

The beds were comfy and the staff helpful. The breakfast was also fresh and had a variety of foods. We were especially happy to have good air conditioning. There is a metro stop right by the hotel so it was easy to get around Paris. Great location with lots of restaurants near.

The bathroom was very small. We had to sit sideways on the toilet because there was no room between the toilet and the bath to put your legs. The side of the bath was also very high. I almost slipped and fell twice while trying to leave the shower.

Another pleasant stay in this charming hotel very close to the Louvre and the Seine, The rooms are small but well equipped, very calm. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast very nice. The personal is really friendly and helpful

Maybe the price could be lower….

The location was excellent. Very close to the river bank and many cultural attractions. A great choice of restaurants nearby. The hotel was small and comfortable with courteous and professional staff.

The soundproofing between room needs improvemeny.

We requested rooms close together for our family and they immediately accommodated us with rooms next to each other. Helped us book tours, arranged taxis, and gave wonderful dining recommendations. Will be our first choice again but staying longer!
