appartement was clean. Felt like a home. the bed was super Exellent. I wish I knew what matras they using. I am a person who gets back pain quickly if the matras is not good. I slept very good and woke up with no back pain.

battery of the remote control of the remote control was empty. But who needs to watch television in Paris.

The hotel is very centrally located with many restaurants, metro stations, and bus stops nearby. There is also a grocery within a couple of blocks. I would stay here again, but I would get a room with the bed and bath on the same floor.

I did not know that the bedroom would be upstairs and would have to be accessed via a small metal spiral staircase. This was somewhat of an issue as the bathroom was downstairs. There was also a minor issue with one of the A/C units that malfunctioned causing the reservoir to overflow and wet some of the furniture. I had to bail the water out of the reservoir twice during the night. Also it was not easy to utilize the TV. There is no one on duty from 8:00 p.m. until about 7:00 a.m.

Stayed one night because I missed my train and had to book when most Hotels were full. Location is very central The hotel is quirky, part rococo, part Parisian (apparent wooden beams), each floor has only one room. The staff was friendly and contacted me since I had booked so late to give me the night access codes for the coded door and tell me where they left the keycard for me and a cell number in cas of any problems, and it al went fine (Thanks again!) The room is pretty big for Parisian standards (and a huge bathroom with a nice shower) and it had A/C

For the price (which is admittedly high because of the location and size) it was lacking a capsule coffee machine which is now pretty standard in much cheaper rooms. I figured out the A/C, but some might need instructions Not a huge fan of the rococo decor, but that's personal

The location is ideal for exploring the city. Many sights are within walking distance, otherwise both metro and bus stops are nearby. A lof of restaurants, brasseries and cafes are around the Hotel. Our room was decorated with great attention to detail, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast room is really worth seeing, great design. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the hotel manager who drove our daughter to the hospital in the middle of the night with acute health problems. We are very grateful for your personal effort. It is wonderful to know that there are still people like this. Merci beaucoup, Monsieur.

Location is extremely good. Everything is close, if you don't mind a bit walking around Paris main places are very near, Louvre, Notre Damme ... There are tons of restaurants nearby so you basically just need to go out of the hotel to find good food and atmosphere. Checking in and out was very simple, we got all explanations, people working there were nice and helpful ... Good experience.

WiFi was awful on apartment nr. 6 on top floor. I do understand it's the top floor but in a hotel everything should work fine in every floor. This should be fixed and it's not too hard to fix it. We had to use our own mobile data and we spent a lot. Almost every evening there were not enough hot water in shower and that made a huge problem for us, especially for my wife and daughter. Conditioner, which we used for heating because nights were a bit cold in the middle of October didn't work properly all the time. Few days it would start to blow cold air so we had to turn it down. I did say to reception about this and I believe they tried to fix it so it was a bit better the last day but I think it should be replaced or fixed somehow.

The room had its own floor, it felt almost like a private elevator to your suite. The bedroom going to the bed is awesome. location is steps from the Louvre and everything amazing about Paris.

It's a bit snug the place, and a little dark the entrance. The carpets should be updated at some point.

Beautiful view and decent furniture. AMAZING BEDS, SO COMFY!!!

Rugs were a little dirty, and it would have been good to have 24/7 conceirge service rather than no one o after 9pm ish. Kinda spooky

The Konfidentiel was a lovely hotel. The location was perfect, very centrally located within a short walk from the Louvre and the Siene, the Notre Dame Cathedral as well as many restaurants, shops and boulangeries nearby. Our room was meticulously decorated in the Louis the 14th theme and it was beautiful. I requested an additional bed for my daughter and, to my daughter’s delight we were given a bunk bed. She was very happy and said that this was her favorite hotel. The staff members were very courteous and helpful. They recommended very good restaurants offering the classical French cuisine. The Manager even arranged for reservations for us to a restaurant that was fully booked. Truly appreciated. Also Linda was very nice as well as everyone else. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will book it again in the future.

Staff was extremely helpful. We got a remote charger by mistake due to our young kid. They drove for an hour to pick it up and really nice! Location is excellent. We would highly recommend staying here.

The stuff are nice. the Location is good. I like the kettle for hot water, coffee and tea. The bathroom is very spacious.

Some of the facilities are old. The AC is not so quiet but okay.
