It's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed, especially considering the price range. The room is new and we'll cured. The kitchen and its tools are very useful! The hotel is 10 minutes away from Petite France district and 20 minutes from the Cathedral.

The area is not well served with restaurants/cafés for dinner/breakfast and general facilities. Comfortable the supermarket at 3-min walk. There is no possibility of parking for free in the nearby of the hotel. The staff was overall nice, but when I arrived, I asked to make an urgent and short call because I didn't have my phone with me, and they told me it wasn't possible and I had to take it from my room after the check-in only and pay extra for it.

Location is perfect, few minutes away from station and downtown. Carrefour is on the corner. Helpful staff. Lovely terraces. Perfect air conditioning. Spotless clean.

Wifi was almost non existent in the room. We had to use our data or go to the main lobby. Tv had no netflix and very few english speaking channels. The laundromat costs a hefty 6euro and doesnt clean well. House Cleaning is on demand for more than few days sleep

Great location. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance from the center of town, close to the train station and easy to get to by car. Very nice staff, good, cheap breakfast buffet. Cozy atmosphere in the lobby and breakfast restaurant. Beds were comfortable and big (actual double bed), and rooms were well-equipped. Supermarket nearby.

The apartments were rather small when the whole family (4 people) wanted to gather. There wasn't really a view from our room. Expensive, but I guess that comes with the location and time (Christmas).

You have all the basics, the place has an agreeable design and the staff is quite nice. The balcony was great, really quiet. I actually slept with my window open and despite my light sleep, I was was not bothered at all by any noise outside.

The wifi doesn't quite reliably reach the balcony, although it works fine in the room. The shower door made a huge amount of noise when opening, and the shower bar was no longer properly fixed. Despite it not being small, a lot of space is more or less wasted on the entry hall. So, it feels smaller than it actually is because of the layout, I guess.

The personnel is extremely nice and helpful. A good quality breakfast with a focus on reducing food waste. Within the same token, free second-hand books available in the corridors. Entertainment for kids is also provided for, e.g. table football. Clean and bright interior. The hotel is conveniently located near tram B (connection to city centre) and within walking distance of Petite France and the train station. There's a security code to enter the building boosting the feeling of safety.

We were attracted by the opportunity to self-cater. The kitchen was compact but manageable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great access to the railway station and the historic town centre. A couple of excellent supermarkets nearby.

The bathroom floor was in urgent need of new grout. But having a heated towel rail was great. Meant we could reuse towels from one day to the next.

A good hotel, the rooms were great and adequate facilities were provided. In a quiet location which was great. The location of the hotel is fantastic, abt 10 min walk to main train station so no need for other transport. Also an easy 10 minute walk over the canals to the main Tourist area and all of the tourist attractions. No need for public transport.

We were provided with four coffee capsules on arrival. Staff super friendly. You can buy something to drink, sweets, cookies and ice-cream (the latter we took advantage off). Location of nearness of La Petite France. You can book a car park which is secured behind a gate.Good breakfast options.

Room looks a bit tired. One of two elevators worked on all floors except second. Of course we were located on the second floor. When we entered first time into the room, we noticed a light odour of cigarettes - which we found that came from the balcony and was possible to be ignored/not noticed afterwards.

Location was so good for me. Rooms are cery large and accessible. Had a very useful mini kitchen which had everything I needed. And if wanted extra u can always get it from the lobby. Nice and helpful staff. Quite rooms.

No english channels to watch including CNN or BBC or any other documentary channels. Thanxs god for Netflix. Pillow needs to be upgraded but not a big big issue

Storage in the room a bit disorganized, especially when it comes to the kitchen. No cutlery drawer and coffee machine lives in the wardrobe, so objects had to be stored in random places. Could easily put in a smaller fridge and make room for some drawers. Also: shower leaked onto the floor.
