Perfect location. If you would like to join a tour, most likely the pickup point is at 25 Rustaveli which is opposite the hotel, just take the underground pass. Close to restaurants, small grocery store and within walking distance to the Freedom Square and Parliament House. Opposite is the Opera House. Facility is so so, but the room is quite large vs most of local hotels, with high ceiling and window. You can pick a room with balcony. Choose the room with front view as it's Opera view.

The hotel is located on 4th floor of an old building, and the elevator is shared with other properties. It's quite small for 2 with luggage and sounds terrifying. It's recommended that go 1 by 1. No breakfast offered but they give 10% discount at a restaurant nearby. Though

Booked this hotel for my parents. Easy to find and fantastic location in Tbilisi with the main sights in walking distance as well as the Cake district which has loads of great cafes and restaurants. Had a room with a view of the beautiful opera house. Staff were really lovely and welcoming and also organised a taxi to the airport for my parents. The room was huge and really clean. Bathroom was great. Good wifi. Perfect for a short stay in Tbilisi.

The hotel is on the fourth floor but to get to it you have to pass a shabby entrance and use a rather decrepit elevator. The view from the balcony is a typical Georgian courtyard which could have been nice if not for the self styled upper floor that was unfinished construction.

Even if a parking space is secured, the absence of parking facilities in close proximity to the hotel can make it exceedingly difficult to transport luggage, often necessitating the manual conveyance of bags to the hotel premises. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that the building's elevator is not only old but also induces feelings of unease due to its small size.

This hotel looks brand new. The room is spacious and well equipped. My room was super clean also. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful. Vitalia, the blonde lady at the front desk, is absolutely amazing. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, just 8 minutes walking from Rustaveli metro station and 15 minutes walking from Liberty Square. Rustaveli Avenue is a chic area with cafes, restaurants and shops

Unfortunately Rustaveli Avenue is very busy, also at night. Even if I was given a room facing a lateral street I could hear a lot of noise (cars, bikes, dogs barking) coming from the main road

Amazing location. They gave us two bottles of water every day. 24/7 desk is very useful. All the room and bathroom furniture was top quality. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The A/C worked really well. Amazing soundproof. I had very good rest. The terrace was big.

In 5 days we didnt get new soap. We couldnt connect the TV to the Wifi. The terrace lacked a table.

The hotel is located at the 4th floor of a building, thus it was a bit difficult to locate it at the 1st time. Moreover, I was unlucky to have room No1, which is next to the reception, and in the 1st night, I had to come out of the room at around 1.30 a.m., since the night shift employee was talking on the speaker during a long-lasting mobile call, which woke me up and was more than annoying! Also, in the 2nd day, there were some wi-fi disruptions, but the reception lady did her best to try to fix it.

The hotel is situated on the main street Shota Rustavelli. I found it convenient with Magticom store for SIM and Spar grocery store being nearby. It's situated on 4th floor of a building, the entire floor is Alma Boutique hotel. View of the road is good. We stayed in a Junior suite room which had 2 rooms, one had a double bed and the other had a double bed and single bed. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was also big. Very comfortable. They have a microwave and some cutlery in the common pantry on the same floor. Perfect for families.

Everything was great, location, clean room, very nice & helpful staff & special thanks to Vitalia she was very helpful & did her best to satisfy the customers also it’s great value for money I’ll highly recommend it to any one thinking of visiting Tbilisi

Only small note the curtains is not dark wich allowed sun rays enter to the room in the morning & slightly annoyed me in sleeping but it’s just small note wouldn’t affect my pleasant in the place

The view from the balcony wasn’t that great (kind of a broken building in front of you) and the entrance of the hotel is like to a random building, you take the elevator to the 4th floor and this is the hotel which was a bit strange
