We paid extra for a large family room, and it was well worth it. We loved the room. . The bathroom, especially, was a good size, and had a large walk-in shower. The "hotel" has no restaurant, but there are very good restaurants all around, and breakfasts are served in "10", just round the corner.

Upon arrival we had a few minor issues with the room, but we flagged them up, and most were resolved within the hour. Lyudmila, the housekeeper, is very helpful, and will call in the General Manager if necessary.

The location is central and close to the main city centre. The room was lovely and had a balcony. It was quiet, except for the first night due to a nearby party.

The toiletries had expired, dated 4/22 so I had to buy shower gel and shampoo, etc when I arrived so guests should take their own. One night the internet didn’t work. There is no iron in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant which only opens at 10h00 and tours start at 9h30 so I couldn’t have breakfast.

The location was perfect, with main attractions like Freedom Square, the Gallery Mall, shops, and the Peace Bridge all within a 5-15 minute walk. The neighborhood was quiet, ensuring a restful sleep. The hotel was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The only downside was the lack of a 24-hour reception. If we needed anything, we had to wait until the host arrived in the morning. However, the host was very kind, responsive, and friendly.

I really liked the hotel. Modern design. New furniture, very comfortable and cozy. Check-in was quick and very convenient that the doors are not opened with a key, but with an electronic code. I was met by a hotel employee, Luda. I want to tell you that this is a friendly and kind person. She is always ready to help you, she will prompt and tell you everything. What I really liked about this hotel is that it is very clean. The hotel really cares about cleanliness and order. Tricky to find, close to Rustaveli street; where you can find metro/bus stations Getting inside the hotel felt tricky because you need a code to get in. There is no reception, literally as soon as you get inside you find just a sofa and a coffee machine with a tv opposite to stairs that leads to the rooms. The room had enough space for us family of 4 and it had AC and enough storage for our bags / clothes

Nothing major really The rooms cleanliness could use some more attention to detail; corners, drawers and fridge needed wiping, nothing clorox wipes won’t fix

1. Helpful and friendly staff. They helped me with hosting my elderly parents (booking was for them). I’d like to specifically mention Lyudmila who really made a difference for my parents. She was always there to help, with many advices, warm smile and sincere effort to make their stay as comfortable as it could be. They just couldn’t stop talking about her! True professional and a impersonification of a Georgian hospitality. 2. Location, breakfasts and the place itself are also a very good deal. It was also very quite although close to the city’s center.

There was a very clean and spacious room. Very good bed - I slept well all two nights. The hotel provides teapot but no tea. Cleaning staff works good and was very polite.

1. The room was in a basement: so there were only small windows with no view. And the ceiling was really low 2. It could be a safety risk. The room door closed with code-lock with 4 digits. The same - for the main door of the building. The code for the main door seem to be the same everyday because it’s not easy to change it and notify all staying guests. And the room codes differ only for one digit at least for two rooms - it’s easy to get to another room.

A great location <5min walk from Rustaveli Ave and about 10min to Freedom Sq. It's in a quiet street with plenty of cafes and markets nearby. The rooms are compact but more than spacious for a couple. Elegantly but simply decorated, the room has comfy beds, a kettle, coffee maker, a fridge, plates and cutlery. There are robes, slippers, and cosmetics in the bathroom. Communication with the host was great, we were given an upgrade, and early check in. Many thanks to Ludmila for assisting with this.

The breakfast was located a short walk away from the hotel but the the spread was lovely. A good 'Georgian' breakfast experience :) The room was spacious for 2 people & had a spare bed. Very clean. Absolutely loved that the bathroom had heated floors!

Location was a bit of an issue since it's a good 5 or 10 minute walk from the city & the cabs always found the location a bit difficult to get to.
