The location is superb, on the histrionically most important street in Tbilisi and walking distance to all the major sites and metro station. Receptionist Anna was very friendly and helpful and even arranged for complementary glasses of wine on our final evening. Bed very comfortable

We asked for a quiet room at the rear of the property and this was great. The front facing rooms would be much noisier I think. Toilet seat was loose, hotel arranged for it to be ‘fixed’ and within a day, loose again. Minor annoyance.

The views from the hotel were exceptional. Bathroom was great, comfortable beds and fantastic cleanliness. Kate at the reception was a delight, very helpful and courteous. The decor of the hotel was vintage and really beautiful

No lift, too many stairs to reach reception. It was difficult with suitcases and other baggage. Also, the airconditioner wasn't great. Its small and barely cooled the room, which was tough after coming back from the humid weather outside. We ordered breakfast, expecting it to be delivered to our room. However, the breakfast was made ready in their breakfast hall (which is fine) but we weren't even informed that it was ready, so if I didn't ask the reception why our breakfast is getting late, they wouldn't have informed me. As a result the breakfast was cold when we got to it.

- stairs! If you travel with some baggage and no strong man ready to lift it several floors up - this hotel is not for you - some personnel. The lady who met us upon arrival was very friendly, but next day the guys were rather different. I was there with a kid and two heavy bags, and when we were leaving he didn’t even offer to help. I understand he is not a porter, but still it was really weird. - it would be nice to have some fruit for breakfast. And some milk available. The receptionist made me a coffee and then immediately left, I couldn’t find him for 15 min to ask for some milk.

Bathroom (especially ground and curtain) was old. Although cleaning was good bathroom was not looking clean because of this.

Value for money, kay( hotel manager) was good and hosted us very professionally. She did extra mile for us - Post check out, We kept the baggage in her custody as our flight was little late. Overall, the stay was satisfying.

I recommend to appoint a bell boy to take the baggage upstairs, as it is a Hotel and people come with expectation of getting their baggages up to their rooms particularly when the property does not have elevator facility.

Wonderful staff, beautiful location, clean, today, great breakfast, very peaceful, nothing was a problem, staff helped us organise getting wedding dress pressed in a hurry, would definitely go back, felt like a home from home.

Only two flights of stairs from main door way on street to reception but staff can help with carrying your bags for you.

The location is fabulous, right in the centre of town on the bustling Rustavelli St, packed with cute boutiques, restaurants, sidewalk Cafes etc. also, the staff is excellent. Kate in particular was absolutely wonderful – incredibly helpful, kind, friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciate everything that she did to make my stay a special one, and I would return just to see her again. In addition, the room was very pretty, nicely decorated, spacious and with a very comfortable bed. Moreover, I really enjoyed my little balcony, from which I could enjoy the views of the lovely Rustavelli St.

unfortunately, there was only one channel in English; most of the other channels were not functioning.

The unique and personal touch of staff, along with their friendliness made our stay awesomee. Upon reaching the room, the manager had even made a personal welcoming note. The balcony as well,overlooking the street is perfect. Moreover, every time we come back our room,it comes back to being neat and clean.

Very good location,easy excess to all landmarks on foot. Staff was very helpful and they even cooked breakfast for you,how about that. On my last evening I found a hand written note of thank you and a glass of vine, that was very sweet, thank you Anna

No name on the bell outside at street level,they have to change that or you end up in the massage parlour

The location is exactly as advertised. Clean rooms, awesome (English-speaking) staff, and a great location. One morning our breakfast was served 5 mins late (we didn't complain - we didn't even notice). That evening a bottle of wine and an apology note were waiting for us. We'd love to come back again.
