Clean, quiet, secure room with a lift in the lobby. The room was very small but we were ok with that. For central Berlin it is good value for money. Very close to the central area with a terrific supermarket just below. Small kitchen area means you can make drinks and keep things in the fridge, also microwave. Dining area/TV room. Warm room, comfortable beds, great showers.

There could be a toaster for more easy food to make. It is called BnB but it is neither B and B nor hostel. The dining room and kitchenette could be configured better to enable people to do more in the kitchen.

BNB is within walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate and other main attractions; there's a supermarket on the ground floor and restaurants abound in the area including the Mall of Berlin. The room and shared spaces are clean. Shower rooms are private. Our room is spacious and fits all 6 of our luggage and a stroller without any problem.

It was not properly labeled on the main entrance or the elevator on which floor the BNB is located so you'll have to ask when you ring the doorbell. The kitchen space is cramped and works for one person at a time, but not really an issue during our stay.

we asked for a late checkout for 5 but on the day a staff member came to our door at 12 saying we had to be out by 1pm it wasn’t ideal we would of cared as much if we knew this at check in

Excellent location, close to Brandenburg Gate and Reichstag. Bus stop to city center/U-bahn, restaurants, supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk. The room was quite small, but clean with a shared bathroom. Good choice for a cheap city break. Althought we did not use, there was a kitchen and a lounge also.

Wi-fi was not working properly, even they have multiple networks to connect. The rest of the inconvenience happened because of other guests.

The location was perfect, and the rooms met our expectations. We just needed a place to sleep and get washed and store our stuff safely while we were roaming Berlin city the whole time, so the room met these expectations perfectly.

The ventilation in the rooms should be improved significantly. We were 5 people in 2 rooms, so oxygen run out quickly and we had to open the windows, even during the night to get fresh air.

The room was bright and clean, beds comfortable, and the washroom accessible/clean. I think the location was decent —close to the Bradenburg gate and the U and S subway lines so that was good but it was not a lively area/neighbourhood. Mot much to do there, especially at night. However, since the city is big, we took metro nearly everywhere and therefore it felt like a good location to come back to, as it was quiet and safe.

Accomodations were great, no complaints. And if the location is where you want/what you're looking for then it would be a great place to stay.

Location was perfect, on the main road and very close to the Brandenburg Gate. It was very clean and even though the bathroom was shared it felt like we were the only one using it.

The room was very small and I would say it was rather expensive, considering the bathroom is shared.

Convenient location. Grocery store around the corner. Owners respond very quickly to questions when messaged.

Food was stolen from the fridge. 2 of the bathrooms were locked halfway through our stay. No stove to cook on.

Close to center and metro, clean white beds.

Dusty under the bed. Even found old french fry there. Kitchen top is very dirty and dusty.
