The hotel is beautiful, particularly when decorated for Christmas. Our room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at POTS restaurant one evening and the food was incredible. Would definitely recommend eating there if you are staying in the hotel. The location is great, about 10-15 minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate. There is a tube station right outside the hotel which can get you all over the city.

We had to wait for about 10 minutes when we arrived for someone at reception to acknowledge us. There were three people there but apparently they thought we were with the people in front of us. Service at the restaurant and bar was quite slow. It was fine but given it was the Ritz I expected the service to be outstanding and I wouldn't say it was that. The pool area was lovely but the pool itself was really cold.

Great experience, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the location is great, very close to the Brandenburg Gate and other tourist attractions.

The only downside was that during our stay a VIP guest showed up and things got very chaotic from that moment on. Service became slow, several security personnel were rounding the place and it made us feel watched and intimidated. There should be better procedures to separate VIP guests from the rest.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Nice room size, good restaurant (breakfast). Too bad we couldn't try Ishi (closed on days we staid at the hotel). We used the hotel spa which is quite small but well done, offering a nice sauna, haman & small indoor swimming pool.

Although the concierge team was very helpful, we asked on our first day to book dinner it a Japanese restaurant and never heard back, despite that fact that the concierge told us he would immediately look after our request. Our room was very nice however the carpet needs some serious cleaning.

It was an amazing stay! Sara from Budapest in the reception did a great job. She followed all the top-tier check in guidelines provided by her supervisor. I stayed in a suite room overlooking to the Postdamer Platz. It was spacious with a separate seating area and walk in closet. The bathroom was a luxury set up with luxury amenities. The concierge was super helpful. They made some bookings for me in no time. The spa was great ! I'll definitely come back to Ritz Carlton Berlin !

Nothing! Everything was great. More importantly they're super professional to compensate if something doesn't do the justice to their level of quality, even if it is a small thing. They have an eye for details.

Loved everything about my stay!

Minor issue, but the ground floor/reception smelled like fish is being cooked most of the time. I understand it's because they have a sushi restaurant, but something to note for improvement.

Location, staff, cleanliness - whole hotel spotless, choice of breakfast excellent, size of room fantastic, very comfy bed, great products in room and superb housekeeping / door staff. Nothing was too much trouble, every single staff member was smiling and friendly throughout. Ideal location to see the sights of Berlin.

No information given about hotel on arrival or in room. Had to find information yourself. Staff on check in tried to charge us for our stay twice, no record of booking.com payment.

Staff couldn't be more accommodating. We had an amazing time. Would highly recommend. Decor was amazing. Curtain club cocktail bar was exquisite. Can't fault the entire experience.

The pool could have been a bit bigger.....but it is advertised as "splash". Nothing else that I would consider changing.

We felt at home and the service and facilities were excellent! The only limitation was the restaurant’s schedule but we understand it is a concession so it’s not the same as the hotel (not the same schedule, quality or service). But the hotel’s quality his so good that we did not mind having to go out to eat. This hotel is worth 💯 of its price.

Service

Not only is it centrally located, it has all the amenities you could need and an exceptional standard of service. Never were we wanting for anything. They anticipated our every need.

This is not a criticism but a wish which I think they would also find profitable. I wish they would set up a pop-up Christmas shop that sells all their delicious in-house Christmas cookies, stollen and ham.

Love the decor and design, well located in the centre of Berlin right across from Potsdamer Platz. Friendly staff to greet on arrival and a lovely bar area, which we enjoyed at the end of the day (listening to piano).

Dinner menu in the Pots restaurant was very disappointing.
