We stayed in room 1010 and found it absolutely amazing. So much room and any request we made were actioned in a most professional manner. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was great to have a washing machine/dryer as well. Fully stocked kitchen with good quality crockery and glass wear.

Although the kitchen was well stocked there was no detergent or tea towel. The dishwasher did not have tablets to use.

The staff were all friendly and eager to please. The hotel itself is in an amazing location, with easy transport, shopping and dining options nearby. Without doubt this is the best buffet breakfast my partner or I have ever had, from the service of everyone involved, to the coffee, breakfast, cream cakes (yes for breakfast), the most amazing almond and apple croissants, I couldn't fault it at all. I would book here again based on the breakfast alone!

Still undergoing renovation, but it's very unobtrusive, and I would have loved it if the new restaurant next door was open, based on the breakfast alone it should be amazing.

A great hotel for a family. There is a kitchenette with necessary utensils. Good place. Pleasant staff.

The sofa was very hard for the child to sleep on, we asked for a blanket, we got a big one, and after folding it, the quality of sleep improved. I would suggest the hotel to purchase mattresse pad for such a situation. You have to bring your own dishwashing liquid and cloth, but we knew that from the reviews so it wasn't a surprise. The coffee machine needs to be taken out or replaced with a new one, as the coffee capsules are not refilled and cannot be purchased, but the hotel offers coffee in the cafe.

We really liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. We were leaving Berlin at midnight and the possibility to pick up our luggage just few minutes before was also great. Breakfast was very tasty and varied and waiters were always very attentive. The location is also superb, the Topography of Terror is literally behind a corner and Potsdamer platz is 3 minute walk when walking slowly.

There isn't much we didn't like. The handle in shower was a bit broken, walls had scratches (probably from preceding furniture) and ceiling fans had dubious controls. The TV also didn't have any english speaking channels apart from sky news. All these things could be improved but overall they didn't take much from the pleasant experience we had.

Breakfast was excellent with way more choices than most hotels, and both the outdoor and indoor seating areas were lovely. Location of the hotel was good, within walking distance to Pottsdamer Platz U Bahn and S Bahn stations. Topography of Terror museum was very close as well. The hotel and room decor was upscale and visually pleasing. However, it was not as functional as most travelers would want.

Floors in the room were not clean, crumbs left from previous guest. Spider webs behind toilet. One tiny trash can was not enough, and it was not usually emptied. We used a paper bag to hold trash in the room. No luggage rack, so we used chairs; we requested a luggage rack 3 times before we got one. No closet, just a small open area with 4 hangers. No shelf in the large shower to put shampoo; everything went on the floor, which is not convenient. The bed was comfortable, but the decorative bed frame was huge; we both constantly bumped our knees on the low bed posts (dark wood with dark wood floors made them hard to see). No nightstands. The room was visually pleasing, but not functional for travelers.

We stayed at the Eastern apartment for 5 nights, 2 adults + 1 kid. The apartment is specious and can easily fit a family. The kitchen has anything we needed - dishwasher, stove and an oven and a Nespresso coffee machine. The location is great, 10 minutes walk from the mall of Berlin. there’s also a S bahn station in few minutes walking distance. The bed was big and comfortable. Would definitely come back again for my next visit.

The room was clean when we checked in but we stayed for 5 nights. The daily cleaning service was below average and below our expectation. The floor was not properly cleaned. In addition, they didn’t always restock supply like toilet paper and towels and we had to call the reception to ask for it, which they did but it took between and hour and three hours (one time we called at evening and we got the supplies at 11pm, way after we were all asleep)

Upon arrival, we were graciously welcomed by the staff and even given an upgrade to an apartment, free of charge! The effort put into hospitality is astonishing, from fresh bathrobes and numerous facilities to the homemade cookies given to each guest in their room. The breakfast each morning was worth every cent as both myself and my partner ate fantastic foods that were both fresh and energizing. The location was absolutely perfect, a close walk to the Berlin Mall and the Espionage Museum (both highly recommended!) For our first time in Germany as two Irish tourists, we would be delighted to stay here again as the hotel went above and beyond our expectations.

Our air conditioning didn’t work and they told us the maintenance person wouldn’t be able to fix it the next day so offered us a room move. The new room was quite a bit smaller than our original so we chose not to move rooms and slept with the window open. appreciate they may have not had an equivalent room available at the time but I’d suggest it’s always best to move guests to an equal sized or larger room when moving due to an issue with their room.

Spacious clean, comfortable, very quiet. We had suite lovely separate sitting room/dinning area large shower room and entrance hall with coat rack chair mirror. Bedroom as very spacious lovely large comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Kitchen was OK for our 5 night stay enough plates,glasses,cutlery good sized pots. Colander although oven gloves would have helped and dish towel for drying dishes. Few more cooking essentials like. We managed only 2 of us everything was good condition very clean. Staff were very busy polite. We arrived about 1isg and able to leave our luggage go for lunch returned 3.30pm Room wasn't quite ready friendly staff asked like yo wait in lovely seated garden and given welcome fruit spritzer very nice sunny hot day. Definitely recommend this Hotel, stay again easy, assessable some shops resteraunts nearby and good public transport close to Hotel good base for us. Only wish had taken photos as overall lovely accommodation

Nothing to dislike.

Great location and accessibility to Berlin with close public transport options. This is a good option for a work trip as there is really fast wifi and a workspace in each room. The breakfast was the best part with great quality food and lots of variety!

Staff attentiveness could use some improvement. We asked multiple times for a steamer to be brought up to the room and for the air conditioner to be repaired but only after multiple follow-ups, were we attended to. Unfortunately it seems that all rooms on the 4th and 5th floor have problems with the air conditioner. Although maintenance was sent to assist, there wasnt anything they could do and we were not able to use this feature which was pretty important to us.
