Location is amazing as so central and with access to parking under the hotel which was relatively cheap. Thus many sites walkable and U Bahn close by for any jaunts. Being central we breakfasted out at the many local cafes nearby which added to the chance to experience Berlin life. Room was a good size with plenty of storage and a good bathroom. The hotel is solidly built so heard no real noise from other rooms. One very good thing was a real separate bathroom with a closing wooden door not a sliding glass panel, i.e. you don’t heard what’s occurring in the loo!

Really very little overall. If anything the foyer and public areas area really artsy and very upmarket but the hotel room themselves are somewhat unremarkable and normal. So expected an artistic clean white space in the room but actually got something relatively bland. That said it was extremely comfortable, functional and solid.

location of the hotel decoration of the lobby spacy rooms and lobby cleanliness private parking (motorcycle) with payment but around hotel is ok (20€ for car 12 for moto) nice view from window elevator access to the parking and (small) pool in the room many facilities(coffe, fridge, glasses, sockets everywhere, safebox, etc) nice bathroom spacy with good shower cabin many closets and hangers for clothes

there were graduation parties on the 1st floor every night so.... much noise (July) expensive breakfast we had to ask for cleaning the room but they did

It was the best possible location for what I wanted to do and see in Berlin. I walked everywhere. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The people at the front desk were always very very helpful.

I arrived early and was not allowed to check in even a little earlier like at two instead of three. When I asked by email beforehand they said I had to pay. Nowhere in the world (and I am a world traveler) have I had to pay to get into my room an hour earlier if the room was available. Which it was. that's just being cheap. The second thing is that the information on the website about how to arrive from the airport was wrong. I had to take three trains and drag my luggage up and down stairs which was very difficult. the Sbahn 9 was not working and had not been operating for a while and the info on the website should have been updated.

Location of the hotel is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did not try breakfast since in the vicinity there are many lovely places to have breakfast. Rooms are OK, you can see that the time have touched them, but all is clean and tidy. Bathroom is enough for 3 nights stay. Frankly, this hotel has a good, fair relation of price to standard. Moreover, you need to ask reception for the bikes rental. You cannot see Berlin without bicycles. It is trully amazing. Hotel staff will help you with arrangement. Bike rental is just behind the corner from the hotel. Bikes are of good quality. When i travel for pleasure i like to change places, but if i knew that i am coming back to Berlin and i will be staying in the same hotel - i would definitely be glad of it.

Swimming pool is a bit small, we did not have bathrobes in the room. But frankly, this is no big issue. You dont come to Berlin (especially in such location of a hotel!!!) to spend time in the pool.

Great Location – a few mins from one of the central stations, with many supermarkets and restaurants around. The Museum Island was also a little walk away. The hotel is a little old, but well cleaned, and the rooms were spacious, with a mini-fridge, a kettle, large table good for working, and a very spacious bathroom with lots of shelf space and shower /bath with great water pressure.

We happened to be staying here during the heat wave, the building was well airconditioned, the room was also ok. However if you are picky about the room temperature etc, you could only change the aircon strength from 1-3, so you may want to be ready for that (not that Berlin is ever that hot)

Breakfast is so fantastic, the best breakfast in my life, so many varieties of everything, also for vegetarian, vegan, with other diet, There were over ten types of bread, latte machiato, waffles, making by you, a cook making you an omelette or a fried egg, The swimming pool is clean, with plenty of towels, saunas included in the price, separate elevator to the pool, marble bathroom, wonderful bathtub, four sets of towels, large mineral water 2xcacao, 2x caffe, plus sugar and whitener 4x tea. There are vending machines in the corridor with snacks, drinks and alcohol, you can buy them, but I didn't use them. There are works of art everywhere, some in large formats, paintings, sculptures, graphics.Double bed, extremely comfortable, very good quality bedding, several lamps, smaller and larger, with different light intensity. Hair dryer in bathroom, gel shower in containers for squeezing

It was only in the morning that I realized that the overhead light switch was next to the bed, which was quite unintuitive. The strips on the bathroom door were worn and partially broken, while the rest of the upscale furniture was a bit off-putting. But it was really not very distubing things.

The location is really at the right spot. The hotel was clean with enough space in the suite. There was no noise coming from the streets to the hotel room. We didn't utilise it but there were lots of things to do in the hotel, including the pool. There are plenty of options to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner around the hotel. (Bakeries, Duknin donuts, Rewe, Aldi, McDonald, Restaurants etc.etc.)

The lift was quite busy, and sometimes we had to wait a couple of minutes to get down from the 5th floor. The access to the underground parking lot was not directly from the lift that was connected to rooms, which made it a bit more difficult to move stuff from the car.

Everthing. Fridge in the room. Beer glassed provided. My pigeon German was accepted. Pool is great, lovely size. Just had to call to get iron and ironing board. Another call got us robes and slippers. Proximity to everywhere - 10 minutes walk to Museum Island, so long as you don't venture the long way! Aldi up the street, drugstores up the street, McDonald's at the train station - up the street. Central location. Walking distance from the majority of things. Some walks longer than others though.

One of the sockets had no power. Just swapped to the other side.

The location of the hotel was unexpectedly great. Almost everything we wanted to visit on our 3-day long trip we could reach by foot. Even though the hotel is located near the most popular attractions, we could sleep peacefully at night with an open window.

The interior was kind of obsolete and looked used a lot. However, the location and affordances cover imperfections of interior. What I personally not really liked is that in our room we had not a whole double bed but two combined beds. The break in the middle is not really comfortable but each single bed was huge. Which is kind of a plus.

Very central location with say walking distance to the major sights, shops, restaurants and several Christmas Markets. It is a modern hotel with large reception area with plenty of seating and wall art and statues. It was gorgeously warm coming in from walking the freezing streets of Berlin. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of soft low pillows, fantastic shower and you could actually open the large windows in the bedroom so it was great to have fresh air at night. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely with lots of fresh white towels to use.

A fee small things. The bar staff were rather sullen and seemed unhappy which was a shame as the bar was large and comfortable. Our room was cleaned one morning but housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels but this was rectified with a call. The tv only had bbc world service as the English speaking channel.
