The location of the hotel is perfect. There is a train station directly next to it, plus a lot of shopping malls and restaurants around. The room was nice and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well as expected.

The toilet was not completely clean. It was not too bad, but it made me slightly uncomfortable. The ventilation was quite loud and there was no way to change it. Same as the air condition, I tried all buttons, but nothing happened.

Our room overlooked the railway line. I’m a poor sleeper but the room wasn’t noisy as it had triple glazing and it was actually quite interesting to watch the trains. The room was at the end of a corridor on the first floor so we weren’t bothered by other guests closing doors etc. Friedrichstrasse station is just across the street and is about 4 stops from Berlin Brandenberg Airport. We had a day in Potsdam visiting Sans Souci palace which again was an easy journey. There are some good restaurants in the area. We especially liked Berliner Republik (excellent selection of beers and Germanic cuisine),the Bloch House (for excellent steaks), Italofritzen (for pizzas) and Ichin (Japanese).

Everything was wonderful. I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like. We didn’t try dinner in the hotel so I can’t comment on that.

Clean, quiet, well functioning place. Great central location to walk almost everywhere. A decent establishment. The staff was good and professional, and tried their best to make things good. Rooms were nice and everything worked. I did not use restaurant or breakfast. The tour lady in the front was also very nice, patient and tried to help a lot. Berlin is a very confusing and disorganized city and needs a lot of clarifications how to do touristic stuff. I strongly suggest talking to her about everything. The city cards, museum bookings, transportation and their dependence etc is a horrible mess.

Initially the room was very hot and the AC didn't work the way it supposed to. Then I called the front desk and they instructed me over the phone but initially were a little dismissive. But again it didn't work the next night and this time the front desk people took it really seriously and professionally and someone came over to make it work, and then it was good. I wish the AC was better in the first 2 nights which was very uncomfortable.

We loved staying here during our vacation. The location is absolutely amazing, we could walk almost everywhere. The rooms were nice, very clean with enough closet space and an amazing shower. Our room was on a higher floor but we also didn’t have any issues with noise. The staff were very friendly. Overall great stay!

The only downside of the experience was the bed. We deliberately chose a room with a king size bed. However, instead, our room had two twin beds that had been pushed together. I don’t know if we got unlucky or if that is their king sized beds. Other than the size the beds, and the stay in general, was very comfortable.

Perfectly located, the hotel answered all our expectations. Friendly staff, simple modern design, the rooms were spacious, extremely clean and everything was comfortable - the bed, the bathroom, lighting. It was truly a great stay.

While the location really could not be more ideal, it has one minus - as the hotel is located directly above a train station, our room's window was right above the station. Yes that means hearing the trains all the time and not really being able to open the windows. It was also not the best view. We managed to ignore since it was a short stay, but I do recommend making sure that your room's windows are turning to another direction.

The location was excellent, in the middle of town you could walk almost anywhere or take the train next door. Combined with the well isolated room, there was no hindrance from any of the busy streets or trains when sleeping. We also liked the option to completely skip the cleaning of the room when we didn't feel it necessary in exchange for a voucher for a free drink at the bar. And as a bonus, the local restaurants were amazing!

The airco system was quite noisy when it was on. Luckily, in the low or auto setting it was quiet, but when we wanted to actually cool the room, it made quite a ruckus.

We enjoyed very much.We were two adults and a child. The room and bathroom were quite large and comfortable. The hotel located in the center of Berlin in the Mitte district, a short walk to the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag Building and the other attractions. A train station is a minute's walk away. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious. It also was very pleasant to sit in the lobby and bar of the hotel in the evenings, just drinking great cocktails. The service of a hotel was at the top level, we got free an umbrella for a rainy days & electrical adapter for a laptop. In summary, I would give the Hotel the highest grade, highly recommend it and hope we return to the same hotel on our next trip to Berlin.

We liked everything

- The location was excellent, right next to public transport (train, subway, buses), near Spree with lots of different restaurants and close to Mercedes Benz Arena (which was our main target). However, we were able to walk almost everywhere which was nice especially after a night out. - Lovely, fresh breakfast with lots of options - bonus points for having it open until 10am! - Friendly and helpful staff who were always available. No long queues. - Room was clean - I mean, CLEAN - and daily cleaning was an option as well. However, if you didn't need it, you got a voucher for a free drink in the bar as a thank you for saving the environment :) P.s. Visit the Zoo, it's well worth a trip!

- The bar in the lobby opened at around 4 pm, which was a bit too late for the check-out day. Nothing major :) - View from the room is unsurprisingly "more buildings and less nature". This didn't bother us as we wanted to stay in the city centre and views weren't at the top of our list, but if you like to wake up to birds singing in the morning, this may be too far away from trees and parks for that.

Amazing location, super clean, everything was top notch, the bed was very very comfortable. The curtains were blocking most of the light so I could sleep quite well. One of the top hotels I have been in in Berlin. Breakfast was very good. Nice coffee machine and tea replenished daily. Great location.

Eggs were slightly over-cooked (but there was a chef cooking eggs so one could ask for fresh omelet). Mineral water was given only on the first day and not replenished. The breakfast could be more varied - it was the same thing every day. The bacon sometimes was a bit dry.

Hotel was easy to locate with the car and underground secure parking was available for additional cost. The location near the train station, buses and underground transport was very convenient. Room and bed were comfortable and everything was very clean. We traveled with a small dog which was welcome in the hotel. There was fresh water and some snacks at the checkin desk and staff was friendly, helpful and fast. Several languages spoken by different staff members. It was our first visit to Berlin and it is a wonderful place with lots of sights, tasty restaurants and friendly people plus the transport options make it easy to get around.
