Design of the rooms very nice and everything very clean (and new). Building itself cool, funny messages all over. Everything selfservice, check in incl., I prefer people, but this is very individual. Our balcony was very good, unfortunatelly did not use it - lack of time and bad weather, but must be nice for long breakfast or dinner.

I did not like the window looking from bed into the bathroom/toilett. Not my thing. I mean, it was not possible to cover it, that would pretty much help. Not only if you want some intimacy, but also if you dont wanna wake up the other person still sleeping while you are using the lights in the bathroom. Also, in our room was a nonstopable sound of the ventilation (or what) and that was annoying at night (I am sensitive to sounds #hsp)

Quick check-in that you do by yourself at the front desk, easy parking in the hotel (cost extra though), really clean and well designed room, smart TV for sharing from your phone (which was working for a change from other hotels), great location for night time photos of the city skyline within walking distance. You can buy drinks and snacks in shared community space/lobby.

Don't expect even one bottle of water in your room (you can buy it though in the shared community space/lobby). Poor sound isolation of the room (especially ceiling). Window between bathroom and bedroom is questionable disicion (as a couple we didn't really care, but I can imagine situations where it could be a problem)

I’m sure that this will get worked out as the place is open longer, but our keys were constantly stopping working. It was easy enough to get more because there was a machine in the lobby but it was definitely a little bit annoying

This place is very very nice. It feels new, and clean with comfy vides, I really enjoyed staying there. Also, the room has everything I need for a week stay, like a small equipped kitchen and a desk for a laptop. The bed is comfortable, the shower is warm and strong enough. The heating was great. I would say the hotel and room are very well thought out. The location is not central, there are some cafes and restaurants within 15 minutes walk though I didn't like the choice in this area. Anyway walking to the river and the central area is comfortable and takes around 30-45 minutes, which is totally fine when traveling. The U-bahn station is like 70 meters which were super convenient. In total the place is perfect and I would definitely stay there again if needed. In fact, I booked the same place in Berlin..

The self-check-in machine failed to give me a card, and I didn't reach the operator by the provided phone number and didn't get a reply on booking. However, I was called back by the property operator quite quickly and got the card. Though I don't know how did they find out I need help, whether they read my message on booking, just saw missed call on the phone or just checked on me near the planned check-in time. This was a bit scary moment, as there are no people, but for me it was resolved during 5-10 minutes. Another small thing the sockets for laptops in the common area are very hard to use with the MacBook's charger, it just fell out.

Small but very well designed studio apartments with everything you could need. Although more pricey than some hotels, if you're staying more than a few days it works out a lot cheaper as you can prepare your own food. Everything's very comfortable, there are plenty of amenities, including a lounge and workout rooms, and it's a ten minute walk into the heart of Frankfurt's old city centre. Plus the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I honestly don't think I can fault it. If I need to stay a week or more in a German city that has a Stayery, I'll definitely book again; it's well worth it.

The place is just 1 minute away from the subway and tram stations. So, you can be in the city center in just a few minutes. The staff is super friendly and willing to help. Both the common areas and the rooms have an appealing modern design. I would stay there again.

We would have appreciated having more toilet paper or someone coming over to check if we needed something after a few days. Also, the only actual negative point: the room was uncomfortably hot. They gave us a fan, which was great, but I was sweating all night anyway. So, if you are coming in summer, mentally prepare for a sauna-like experience. The A/C in the common areas was fantastic, though.

If a design is important to you, you will like Stayery - you can see the attention to detail from the entrance door to the text on the shower gel. The interior is thought out, with many sockets, many light sources, many places to sit, a comfortable bed, and so on. The building is a new build, so everything in the hotel looks not only very clean but pretty new also. An important moment, which we didn't notice when booking - there is a big window between the main room and the bathroom. If there are two of you and you're too shy, it might be a problem. On the ground floor hotel has a big common lounge zone (special thanks for the book about Ukraine on the shelves!). Gym and laundry are also available for guests. Location - a quiet neighborhood about 1.5-2 km from the city center. S-Bahn and tram station are very close. The hotel is also near to Alt-Sachsenhausen with lots of restaurants where you can drink Apfelwein and try German (Hessen?) traditional cuisine.

Would be great to have an additional blanket to cover the bed (for sitting/lying while wearing street clothes).

Second stay in Stayery chain. Same as in other cities, it has ideal location, right next to Tram and S-train Station. Not far away from Frankfurt's long distant train station. Convenient enough if one want to buy groceries, and can even cook in room, which all basic cooking utensils are there. With access code and booking code to check-in one day before is totally stress free. One very interesting point that even as my second stay, still do not know how to switch off the light at the table, without switching off light of the whole room....

If one do not have luck.... On the second lovely night, a neighbor checked in, who slamed the door and knocked the wall till midnight.... Other than that, everything was perfect.

Super clean, good location in a nice green neighbourhood, very friendly host, nice design and well equipped.

I could only echo what others wrote here - the shower glass design is really nice, but not too practical - with a room on the ground floor, I had to have windows covered all the time as people passing by could literally see everything from the street. I stayed only for a night so it was ok, but I could imagine it might be disturbing for longer stays.

Beautiful and comfortable room, love all the amenities. Great service. Also great to have vending options in the lounge - cappuccino to wine to snacks. Perfect place!
