Great location, fantastic breakfast, very clean, comfortable little room with fridge and kettle- hooray!

I always choose a hotel by various criteria, one being it must have an elevator to upper rooms. This place had a lift but only to the level below mine! I asked for another room but they couldn't/ wouldn't change. Hence they lost 1 point on my score.

Breakfast was lovely, large variety to choose from. Room & Hotel was clean. Business room on the front was a good size. Blockout blinds were great to block street lights.

There is no information on the room on how to use an oil heater. Only found that there was a block out blind from previous reviews as the switch is hidden behind the curtain. Pillows are wrapped up duvet in a pillow case not comfortable. Bed is very firm. Staff not very friendly would only say good morning or hello if you said it first.

Location was excellent for nightlife. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Comfortable, cozy hotel in the very center. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip. It is nice that there are tea/coffee making facilities and a refrigerator. We lived on the 3rd floor in a double room, it was quiet, despite the fact that the windows faced the street. Friends had a triple room, the windows faced the yard and there was not a good view, on some old wall. Very convenient location of the hotel. 15 minutes walk to the historical center. (or 2 tram stops away), 5 minutes to S-bahn, U and tram stops. Comfortable beds, very clean. Friendly staff. You can leave things at the reception.

The door in the shower did not close completely, but these are really small things.

Staff are lovely, location quite close to Zeil and transport(350meters close). We stayed for the Christmas markets and all markets were under ten minutes (slow pace walking). Pub, food venues and shop under 50meters away. It was a safe location. Beds were soft we upgraded to the comfort double which was warm but not too hot. Shower was great didn't leak. (room 64).cleaner came back to clean our room after 1pm. The next day she checked to be sure we really didn't need the room cleaned (we hadn't put up a do not disturb so we confused her) I thought that was amazing as we have been in 4*5* hotels that the cleaners would never have done this. The cleaners were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Check in and out was easy and quick. Luggage storage from 10am was great.

The pillows for me weren't great but my husband liked them. I found them too big and unsupportive. No mirror in the natural light of the room (though there is plenty of mirrors in the room) just none near the window. TV had no English channels. Old Tvs so can't hook devices to it. You can bring a hdmi to phone converter wire to fix that though.

Good hotel and great location.

The charge was made before I arrived in the Hotel, and the website said that the charge would be made when I arrive, so the charge was made in a card that I had to payed a lot of taxes, and the hotel didn't want to cancel and charge again, so that was really a bad thing for me.

Good location, near main city objects. Good breakfast. Room was quiet despite that the windows direction was to the street. Near the hotel there is a food street.

Everything was quite ok as for 3* hotel, but one thing was very unpolite from reception manager - on the day of our leaving day our check out was till 12:00. At 11:40 manager comes to our room and without even knocking enters the room and asks if are we going to check out today or not. Yes we were, but still got some time. It was not pleasant moment and of course it is not the main bad thing, but still very rude invasion of our privacy.

The gentleman who was at the desk during the week was very nice and helpful. The breakfast which was included was very good. Lcation was good.

The woman who was at the desk during the weekend was not helpful. Didn't let let us know that there were several restaurants and shopping a couple of blocks away, instead only told us about one restaurant. No air-conditioning, but a fan, that didn't always turn on.The hair dryer had a button you had to hold on, instead of a switch, made it difficult to style your hair.

We stayed for one night as we were passing by. Parking is further away. Checked in and explored the very close city centre and enjoyed all the wonderful stores, museums and other Frankfurt restaurants. For one night is fine. We did not stay for breakfast. It is a bit dated but since we didn’t not intend to stay longer it was suffice. Bed and bathroom were clean. The reception desk staff was friendly.

No parking, had to walk two blocks to parking lot. No AC and it was super hot. We did have a fan, but it was unbearable m.

Perfekt location! Sightseeing, parks, playground, supermarket is so close. If needed, public transport in 3min from the hotel. Very safe hotel room for children (the furniture). Everything was really clean

Important to be ready that the room can be veeeery small. There's no "mini-washing-brushing-kit" (only the soap and washing gel), but maybe 3-stars hotel isn't supposed to have it. The additional payment "for taxes" that wasn't explained beforehand while booking. But all of that for me personally wasn't as valuable as the advantages, and I'm totally satisfied and happy that chose this particular hotel.
