My wife and I were travelling for past 30 years throughout the world, and House Florian is one of the best accommodations we had ever had. The rooms are large, well equipped, spotlessly clean. I always pay attention to engineering details and quality of finishes, and House Florian is a fine example of German quality and precision. The host, Carmen, I may be poor in my expressions – she is just amazing, to say the least… Always smiley, kind, and helpful. Highly recommended place for visitors looking for peace, and skying in and around Garmisch-Partenkirchen – most notably the Zugspitze.

The Host is Simply an amazing person. She is here everytime and very very helpful, very kind, very polite. The place is very very clean, the room was extremely clean as well as the toilet and bathroom. We got a small water, Haribo and chocolates in the room. Heater was very good and very hot water. Breakfast was good for us, boiled eggs, cold meats, bread, cheese, butter, cereals, coffee, tea and juice. The property is old but very nice with beautiful decoration. A fridge is available with drinks at very cheap prices.

I think the mattress needs to be change, it was a very hard mattress and hard to have a good sleep.

- Clean room and best mountain view!!! - Accessible even when using the public transport. The cogwheel station was less than 20mins away by foot. The Eibsee bus stop is 4 minutes away. - There are several restaurants around the area. - Owner is very friendly, approachable and accommodating!

I liked everything! I am a solo female traveler and it was a nice experience. 2 nights is not enough to appreciate Grainau and Garmisch so I will be back. When that happens, I will definitely choose Haus Florianif that is possible!

Everything was perfect. The room was cozy and really clean. Breakfast was good. The host was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walking from the town centre and the bus stop

Located in an awesomely beautiful setting with mountain views from our windows and balcony. Room was very comfortable and classic Bavarian as was the whole theme of Haus Florian. Beautiful guest house immaculately maintained with lovely grounds. Our host was friendly and attentive. A very nice lady who made us feel like family. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We will definitely come back!

Loved the house! The views were amazing! Loved the location - easy access by foot to the cute city center, restaurants, the train station and busses as well as Garmisch and other attractions by car. Rooms were really spacious and adorable! Breakfast was plenty and really enjoyed the variety! The host Carmen was THE BEST!!!! Loved her attitude, her phenomenal knowledge, her quirkyness and just everything about her!

The beds were a little creaky and the parking was a bit tight. As a non-smoker we didn't care too much for the smoke coming in from the other balcony, but not too much of an issue.

The check-in and check-out, the hostess, the breakfast service. Fabulous view of the Zugspitze, you are closer to it than in G-P. Good shower room. Nice balcony/terrace. Well-kept garden with outside terrace. Ample parking. Immaculately maintained. Very close to Grainau village centre. All-in-all, good value.

Room was a little on the small side, especially the gap between the end of the bed and the bathroom door. Breakfast has no hot options other than boiled eggs, and the cut fruit variety is limited, though you get a good selection of cold meats and cheeses. You get the view if you are at the front of the property but unfortunately the noise from the local road I found rather intrusive (except at night of course).

1) This stay have an Exceptional View, it just blew my mind. 2) There are some good Restaurant around this place & it's close to Bus station. 3) Staff speaks good English and she helped us with the Bus pass and Directions. Just check the weather before you plan the trip :)

1) From Hotel WiFi we can't make Whatsapp call. For people like me who are from foreign countries, Whatsapp call will be very helpful. may be this should be taken care. 2) I'm afraid we can hear the bed sound form top floor, some how it need to be minimized. :)

Everything. The rooms are one of the cleanest rooms ive seen in Germany, and the staffs are beyond nice. Always willing to answer questions. The hotel even provided us with a ticket, that we can use, when we travel the whole Grainau with public transports.
