Hotel is new and smells amazing. Staff are enthusiastic to help and make sure your stay is perfect. Nice touches such as sweet bowls in reception and pet bowls if you have a dog or cat. The decor is an eyeful, so much to see. Defo a hotel to impress!! Breakfast is really good!!! The guy in the reception in the evening was so helpful and the waitress from Meath, Ireland.

The hotel in my opinion is not family friendly. There is no high stool in restaurants and if you are on a different level to guests you visit hamburg with they can not access ypur floor. This is for safety reasons but it was slightly inconvenient for us as a family group. Pillows are like marshmallows, could do with investing in better pillows.

Brand new hotel with S-Bahn station 5 mins away, takes you directly to Hauptbahnhof or to the Altona station. Hotel is located in the business area, quiet in the evenings. Enjoyed the heaven suite that had area with sofa bed, sleeping area and a small area with table + 4 chairs, mini-bar and a separare fridge! Room easily fits a family of three. Good breakfast an friendly staff, used also the underground parking, everything worked great.

Brand new hotel with good atmosphere. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit difficult to find at first but the location was nice and peaceful. Location is also close to public transport.

Pillows were a bit flimsy and bathroom towels felt quite cheap. Towels were shedding and you could see white dust flying around in the bathroom. There was quite limited vegetarian/vegan options on breakfast.

The hotel is very close to the centre and just only one S-Bahn station away from the main train station. Hotel facilities are unusual, interesting, design. Breakfasts are wonderful, very rich and with a wide selection.

Accommodation with windows facing the courtyard is a punishment. From 4am you can hear the bins being taken out, the staff fussing and something noisy going on all the time.

There’s a lot to love about this hotel. I like that it is in a quieter area, while still only one stop away from the city centre. The rooms are nice, soundproof, the staff is friendly, and the lounge is a great area to get a bit of work done.

No downsides! I would’ve loved to try breakfast (a bit on the expensive side), but there’s truly nothing bad about this property at all.

Beautifully decorated. Superb, attentive, and friendly customer service (top notch). Comfortable bed. Checked in early (11am) and checked out late (1pm) with no problem/no extra cost...very accommodating! Highly recommend! The NYX Hotel Hamburg will be my Hamburg hotel. EXCELLENT!!

Toiletries would be a nice addition.

I was checked in and the room category was not correct. Had to change into a smaller category, which would not have been a problem, but I was already lying in bed, when reception registered their error and asked mit to change the room once more (at 11.30 pm...) Rest was fantastic

- Central location - Brand new hotel, nice design - Comfortable beds

- Very crowded during breakfast times - Gym is small and mostly for cardio. I would hang a mirror in the wall in front of the cardio machines - One of the days, the room was not cleaned by the cleaning service team.

Features like arcades, design, lighting and bedding. The breakfast was also very good.

Call me old-fashioned, but I feel reception should say hello and goodbye to guests when they enter and leave the property…
