The location is perfect, 2 minutes away from the station and all regional transport. The value for money is great. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but for one night with this location, it really was great value for money. The bedroom was clean, beds comfortable, working shower although a little small. But again, not a problem for one night. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful. Breakfast is ok too, although could have a couple more savoury options, but overall for the price it fills its goal.

The pillows were not great and the sink in the bathroom was too small to fill in a water bottle (however glasses are provided).

The personnel were very friendly and with always with a smile on their lips, ready to provide any information and help may needed. The breakfast was good enough, and I can.say vfm option. The best thing is that the location is 100 meters of the central Koln station

The room was not perfectly cleaned as I saw a lot of dust at the corners of the room. Also, the room was very small . it hardly fits our luggage. The last thing is that the bed mattress was very soft and not very comfortable for me to sleep.

The hotel is located directly across the road from the Central Station and five minutes from the Cologne Dom. It’s simple and clean with a modern, newly-renovated bathroom. I needed a place to sleep because I was in Cologne for a concert and it was the perfect place to stay.

It’s convenient and in a perfect location. I have nothing to complain about.

I stayed for one night, as I went to a concert and needed to catch an early train in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was as booked. And even though the shower drain did not work, which resulted in a slightly flooded bathroom at 5 in the morning, staff was extremely helpful with removing the watery mess ;-)

The room was a bit too cold for my liking, even with the heating on.

Great location, a stone's throw from the cathedral and the main station. Very helpful multi-lingual reception staff and a good breakfast. Comfortable room.

There was a leak where the shower head connected to the hose (although it was still possible to have a good shower). Also the safe in my room didn't work, although this was not a big problem for me as I didn't have anything really valuable. I didn't report these as they were only minor annoyances that didn't really affect how much I enjoyed my stay. The wi-fi only worked in reception and not in my room.

A couple of minutes walk from main train station so ideally situated (just make sure you leave by the right exit!). Friendly welcome from English speaking staff. Price was good for nice clean hotel. Paid for buffet breakfast at hotel (not expensive).

All was good. Area was ok considering how close to station it is, (lots of beggars round train station which police ignore) but no problems walking at night back to hotel

Very close to train station and cathedral. The windows are amazingly soundproof, with them open it was a nice breeze and a lot of hustle and bustle from the street. You'd close the window and it was silent. The staff was amazingly kind and friendly and helpful in every interaction.

for the price we paid, this is the best deal for anyone traveling through cologne. after 6 hours on the train we were TIRED and I didn’t know how far the hotel would be when I booked it. i only booked it because it was very affordable. i was worried about how I’ll get to it and how far it would be, but when we exited the train station it was right there! the next day we went to go look around the city and do some sight seeing and it was also close to all the stuff we wanted to see. the staff was very friendly and accommodating and easy going. they were smiling and welcoming anytime you see them. my daughter forgot her backpack and they even mailed it to us.

It is really convenient because of the location related to the main station. The staff was very friendly and I am satisfied with the service.

Would not recommend for longer stays since the room was rather small.

The receptionist (Chris) gave us the most warming welcome. Everyone in the staff was helpful and polite. The location is 10/10, really close to train station, making it really convenient to move to other cities as well. We loved our stay here, beds were super comfy.
