The staff were excellent. Extremely helpful with giving advice on local attractions and places to go, including finding a traditional pork knuckle for dinner. Front desk staff came up to our room with us to confirm that it had indeed been cleaned and prepared for our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better welcome.

The only thing we didn't like were the fitted sheets on our bed. They felt like mattress protectors and we thought perhaps they didn't put the actual sheet on. It didn't bother us enough to say anything (we didn't realise until 10pm that night) and given we only stayed one night, we didn't get the opportunity to say anything before we left. We still slept fine, it was just a weird feeling (a bit rough).

the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Dom Cathedral but in a quiet street. The hotel staff was very welcoming and nice, he also kept our luggage for storage on the last day when we wanted to explore the city some more. The room was clean. cute balcony in the room that looks out the garden and other apartments.

There were no elevators, the safe was broken, the hair dryer was wonky. the hotel provided us a small amount of shampoo which wasnt enough for the two of us. It was two single beds put together which is a bit uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Müller Köln! The double room was comfortable, and the mattresses provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel's proximity to Köln Hbf made it incredibly convenient for travelers like myself. The staff ( Herr Müller )was friendly and accommodating, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Hotel Müller Köln for a pleasant stay in Cologne!

I stayed here for one night and really like this hotel! It's very economical, clean and friendly. The breakfast was delightful, with many options including eggs, bread, cereal, fruit, tea, etc. My room was small but comfortable and well organized. The owner gave me a map and told me about many nearby attractions.

Location is perfect and staying there was really comfort. The staff is very gentle and very disponible for everything. It is really quiet and clean. The check-in doing by yourself in the machine is very easy following the property instructions.

- Best location just few min walk from main station. - Easy self check in at the key box. - It was a cozy stay.

- Towels are a bit old. - Have to carry all my luggages to room, no elevator. - The door is a bit difficult to open with key.

Very good location, next to the central train station. The room was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations on where to go. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would recommend it.

Cosy hotel very well located close to the main catedral and the main train station. Extremely clean, quiet and great customer service. Easy check in/out process, I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Cologne.

One of the towels was old and frayed. Pillows, not Western style pillows.... rather a continental soft pillow.
