It was very near the station which was good as we stopped to break a long train journey. It was very clean. It had good space to store our bikes. It had everything needed in a basic hotel to meet a customer’s requirements. The staff were very helpful and were able to speak English which helped us.

It was fairly noisy at night due to the location

We wanted a good value, comfortable night by the station and that is precisely what we got. Comfortable bed, window opened for ventilation, quiet, good shower, 3 min walk to station.

Would have been lovely to have tea / coffee facility in our room.

I travelled alone to watch a concert and the location is great really near from the main station and to the Lanxess Arena. The helpful staff, the fact that you can also leave your luggage for free in case you want to walk around before your flight. Clean rooms, really silent, heater inside the room is really nice since I didn't expect it'll be that cold in Cologne and I like the softness of the pillow and bed. Really comfortable stay.

Maybe more staff in the reception so if it gets busy someone can answer phone and the other can do check in or tend to other client. Just a suggestion but overall everyone is great.

Really good location, next to the station; you just need to cross it and you're in the centre next to the cathedral. Despite being so close to the station no trains could be heard from the room (cold weather though, so the windows were closed - the heating worked well btw, nice and cozy). Very friendly and helpful receptionists. The room would really benefit from a renovation, but was big enough and had all the necessary services, even some nice extras like basic slippers in case you forgot to pack yours. Both bedsheets and towels were clean. Good wifi.

The room was clean in general, but you could notice quite some dust on the lamps or, mostly, on (and in) the radiator. As mentioned, everything worked fine, but could use some renovation: the carpet was worn out, the walls had small stains, the kettle was a bit leaky, etc. Also, whereas the room was perfectly sound-proof regarding the trains, unfortunately it wasn't with respect to other rooms and the corridor, so then it depends a bit on how quiet other guests or the cleaning staff are. Finally, the matress was a bit too soft, but that depends on every person.

The hotel was very close to the train station which was really convenient for travel to the convention center. Room was simple and clean, and met my needs for the trip.

The bed was small, but I think thats just standard for a European single bed. I'm not a sensitive sleeper, but since the hotel is close to the train station sometimes you could hear sounds from the train station at night. This never bothered me, but I imagine it could for some guests.

The room was small, but really cozy, clean and quiet. The staff was kind and accommodating, they let us leave our luggages in the hotel, after the check out, since we had our flight in the evening. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, because it was easier for us to have it on the go, but it looked delicious when we passed by. The position of the hotel is simply perfect, so close to the train station but also to the underground. We found the hotel extremely comfortable. We couldn’t choose better.

Staff was super courteous, breakfast was nice and rooms were super comfy and spacious. We could also keep our luggage at the reception post-checkout for some hours, which was very convenient for us.

Everything was great except the experience during breakfast on the 2nd day of our stay. When we got down at the ground floor, we were told that the breakfast on that day was not being served at the hotel but at a partner hotel. The partner hotel by Wyndham was although not very far (3 minutes walk), but it was quite windy that day and we had come prepared downstairs just for the breakfast inside the building itself so you could assume :) We were also not told beforehand during the check-in about any such possibility, or at any other time. Except this, everything went super fine and was quite nice.

I had the "Business Suit" room, it was a very nice spacious room with a small balcony on the side. The room had both a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker (I really like to drink both tea and coffee, so this is so important to me). Great internet. Excellent central location next to the Hauptbahnhof and next to the famous Cologne Cathedral. Very friendly staff.

The location was just perfect, just few minutes from the train station. The hotel has a bar and two business stations to use the web and to print whatever you need. The staff was helpful and collaborative. The room has almost everything you need

The room hasn't a fridge! Especially during the summer it's somethin' that you need to store food and drinks! There was a weird panel under the desk the but it was screwed so you can't open it and I am sure it wasn't a fridge!

Perfect location 200m from the main train station. Very clean rooms, little bit outdated but very comfortable. Coffe, tea and bottle of water in the room, free wifi which is working good and fast. Breakfast was very good, plenty choices, something for everybody. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Good recommendation for everybody who wants to stay close to the center!
