The location of the hotel is in the shopping street. The hotel is within walking distance of the cathedral and the train station. It was very enjoyable to explore the city without using any means of transportation. breakfast was good enough. I must say that I also like their jams and butter. Although my room was a single occupancy, it was quite large. it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and useful. If I go to Cologne again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The fact that the check-in time is 15:00 causes a lot of time wasted. but if you want, they can keep your luggage for you in the lobby.

The staff, absolutely super kind, friendly and ready to help. The room, simple but nice and clean. Hotel very closed to the city center and the Hauptbahnhof.

My room was super cold!! I arrived late in the evening, and in the night the radiators turn off; since I'm was not there, no one turned on the radiators during the day-time l, and the room was really chill, I had quite some trouble sleeping..maybe it would be a good idea to leave the radiators on at 1 or 2 as defaults, so that the room maintains its warmth during the night despite the energy saving mode. The breakfast could have more variety.

The staff were friendly and helpful and were quick to solve any problems that arose with the facilities. The location is excellent, walking distance to everything. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.

Poor internet connection but this is to be rectified over the next couple of months as we were advised that the whole hotel is to undergo refurbishment. Including internet connections.

very central location (and we didn't have too much noise at night). friendly staff. very good beds. very good wifi as well. breakfast was okay with enough variation. just a minor thing for the breakfast: when some things are finished (for example eggs, wallnuts for the muesli) they are not replenished (but cheese and vegetables were replenishes, so we didn't mind too much).

the rooms are a bit old fashioned, but we didn't mind as they were spacious enough with good beds. the shower is in the bath tub, which isn't a problem, but it would be nice to have a hook to put the handle on so that you don't need to keep it in your hands all the time while taking a shower.

Staff were welcoming and helpful, Our bikes were stored in a cellar which we felt was safe. Great location close to town centre attractions.

Our rooms were described as triples but were twin rooms with sofa beds added, comfortable enough but a bit cramped, but good value for money. Some fixtures and fittings were a bit tired.

In the city center, clean, comfy room, spacious. Nice bathroom. I liked that the hotel took action and offered water for sparing the room service. Nice breakfast although repetitious.

Other guests were very loud (a group of youth) and no one from the hotel thought of reprimending them.

These foods, facilities and rooms were very cleanly and best. when I checked in, I felt smoothly. Every staff is good. It is grateful for me them to speak English. Also, the location is very nice because it is near from station.

The walls are thin so you can sometimes hear the noise from the next room.

Very nice hotel! Cool location and very helpful stuff. I expected it to be very loud, but it was really silent outside. The breakfast was decent. The internet was fast and accessible from my room, I could surf the net and watch videos without any issues

I wish you could add some hoocks in the bathroom. Unfortunately I found a pillow in my room rather uncomfortable, although it did not hurt my sleep as much. Oh, and I had to close the door to the bathroom because I could hear everything going on downstairs through the ventilation, but I do not think it is something unusual.

Breakfast was good but always the same. Location is excellent !

I didn’t like the noise generated from the pump when the toilet and the shower are used.

The following aspects have been appreciated: - Big bedroom with garderobe - Big mirror in the bedroom - Cleaned room with all services - Staff - Position near the railway station and the city center

There were only 2 electrical outlets in the whole room, for the rest nothing to mention among the negative aspects.
