The location was great! The room was nice, spacious and clean.

We wanted to extend our stay by one night but as there was no reception and we couldn't find how to do it online, we couldn't. We had to stay at another hotel for our second night.

The location is amazing, it is right in the middle of where you need to be in Köln. Our rooms windows faced out to the market square and the night view of the cathedral from it was amazing! The room is not huge, however, perfect for the amount paid. Elevator was present.

The shower was a bit awkward to step out of. No air-conditioning or fan present. And if you are one of the people who goes to sleep early the street sounds will be loud during the evening, but everything goes quite closer to midnight. Nonetheless I would still very much recommend this hotel and will be sure to come back!

The location was perfect for where I wanted to go during my short stay. The bed was comfortable and shower good and there was an excellent cafe right underneath. The staff although not present as such, responded promptly to my emails and check in was smooth. The room was a decent size, nicely styled and very clean.

It was noisy at night as it adjoins a main square. This can be an issue on a very hot night as there is no air conditioning, and so you might want the windows open.

The embodiment of good location, you can see the whole town square from your room, with many shops and restaurants around. The price is reasonable, the check-in was easy, the room is clean, they even let me stay 30mins past check-out time when I ask for it (flight delayed).

No refrigerator, no safe, no TV, basically all the regular stuffs you see in a normal hotel will not be there. I don't see this as a negative because I also thinks those stuff are unnecessary, but some people might care so here it is. Also, the clock tower ring every hours, I think that a charm, but good luck to people with good ears.

Super location, at the Alter Markt with view on the Rathaus. Big room and good isolation of the windows so the room was super quiet! Price is amazing for the location and size of the room. Right on the corner is a breakfast place so you don’t miss the service. It’s a “hotel” where you only can enter with your online information so no reception or staff…. Except the cleaning lady/man. We will for sure be back!!

For us all perfect, we missed maybe some sugar and milk for our coffee :-)

Great stay at this property. It’s an reception-less hotel, which is a great concept, but ensure you have all checkin formalities prepared well in advance to avoid any delays in generating the room key at the entrance kiosk. The anonymous receptionist also upgraded our room w a kitchen for which we are thankful. The location is amazing with it located right in the middle of a square with all great pubs. It is about 5/10 mins walking from both the cathedral and the train station which makes it a good hub for day trips.

Very good location, our room had a view to Kolner Dom. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We made a self check-in that at first had a little problem to create a key card, but after waiting for some minutes, the key card was generated.

There is some noise from the street. But that is because of the central location on the room. Just close the window and it is resolved. Also, the shower was not so hot, only warm. But still, very clean bathroom

I really enjoyed staying here, the room is very comfortable, there are everything for a comfortable stay and the view from our window was amazing. It was the best place where i stayed in Germany.

For some reason they didn't accept my card which is never happened before. As there are no staff at all we've struggled with that problem for a bit.

A very spacious room right in the center of the city with a view of the City Hall and Cologne Cathedral. At night you can hear the people from the square partying, but the accommodation is quickly accessible and there is everything you need. We were quickly helped by phone when the card machine did not work at check in.

Since I had forgotten my charging cable for my cell phone in the room, I was quickly answered that the housekeeping will take care of it and can also be sent home to me. Only the transport costs of 15.00 € I find a bit too expensive. Otherwise simple and super processing.

Very pleasant stay! I came back to this hotel for the second time. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, room quiet. Stayed in cologne only for 1 night and this was the perfect hotel for a short stay. Excellent value for money and close to all the transport links.

Pillows too soft for side sleepers. There was a blockage in the shower, which meant that the water took a while to drain.
